Փարիզի կողմից Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի անկախության ճանաչումը ոչ ոքի ձեռնտու չէ, հայտարարել է Ֆրանսիայի ԱԳՆ պետքարտուղար Ժան-Բատիստ Լեմուանը, փոխանցում է РИА Новости-ին։

«Ֆրանսիայի կողմից Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի անկախության միակողմանի ճանաչումը ոչ ոքի համար օգտակար չի լինի. Ո՛չ Հայաստանի, ո՛չ Ղարաբաղի ժողովրդի, ո՛չ Ֆրանսիայի, ո՛չ Մինսկի խմբի (ԵԱՀԿ) այլ համանախագահների, ոչ էլ Եվրոպայի համար», – ասել է նա:

Ըստ Լեմուանի, այս քայլը չի ​​արտացոլի Ֆրանսիայի կառավարության, Երեւանի ու Փարիզի այլ գործընկերների կողմից վարվող քաղաքականությունը։

Ինչպես ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, Ֆրանսիայի Սենատում քիչ առաջ քվեարկության է դրվել Արցախի ճանաչմանն ուղղված բանաձևը: Երկար քննարկումներից ելույթներից հետո բանաձևը դրվեց քվեարկության եւ ստացվեց հետեւյալ պատկերը. 336 հոգի մասնակցեց քվեարկությանը, որից ընդունման համար կողմ քվեարկեց 306 հոգւ, մեկ հոգի ձեռնպահ, մնացածը՝ դեմ: Բանաձևի քվեարկությունից հետո երկար ժամանակ ծափահարությունները չէին դադարում:

Այս քվեարկությունից հետո բանաձևը պետք է քննարկվի նաև Ֆրանսիայի խորհրդարանում, եթե ընդունվի նաև նրանց կողմից, ապա պետք է ստորագրի նաև Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ բանաձևը ստորագրել էին Սենատի առաջին ամեմախոշոր 5 քաղաքական խմբակցությունների նախագահները, ինչը խորհրդանշում է Ֆրանսիայի Սենատում Արցախի անկախության մասին համնընդհանուր միաձայնությունը:
