«Պատերազմում պարտություն կրելուց, նոյեմբերի 9-ի ամոթալի ու խայտառակ հայտարարությունը ստորագրելուց հետո իշխանությունն այս օրերին զբաղված է «հույժ կարևոր» գործով՝ Ընտրական օրենսգիրք է բարեփոխում: Ազգային ժողովի պետական-իրավական հարցերի հանձնաժողովում գրում ու ջնջում են, Սորոսի գրասենյակից սնվող կազմակերպությունից հյուրեր են կանչում, քննարկումներ ու վերլուծություններ անում, որ, իրենց ասելով, անթերի ու իրենց նման ժողովրդավար նախագիծ ստանան:

Ռազմագերիների, անհետ կորածների, երկու օր առաջ Հին Թաղերում խաղաղ պայմաններում գերի ընկածների հարցը թողած՝ «ամենաթափանցիկներն» ու «ժողջանի» ճակատագրով «մտահոգվածները», փաստորեն, օրենսգիրք գրելու ոչ միայն ժամանակ, այլև սիրտ ունեն: Նոր ԸՕ ունենալու հրահանգը, փաստորեն, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն է իջեցրել: Օրերս խորհրդարանական մեծամասնության՝ «Իմ քայլի» ու Փաշինյանի հանդիպման օրակարգում բացառապես ԸՕ-ի հարցն է եղել: Պարզ է՝ իշխանությունն ինքնակամ հրաժարական տվողը չէ: Նրանք, ինչպես Փաշինյանն է ասում, ո՛չ մեղավորություն ունեն կատարվածի մեջ, ո՛չ էլ հասկանում են՝ ինչ է կատարվել ու կատարվում:

ՈՒ ոչ միայն Փաշինյանի, բոլոր նրանց, որոնք միայն անունով են պաշտոն զբաղեցնում: ՈՒ՞ր են այս օրերին, քանի՞ պաշտոնյա կա, որ հետպատերազմյան արհավիրքների դեմն է փորձում առնել: Ինչ վերաբերում է քաղաքական ժեստ անելուն, դա ընտրության հարց է: Կոնկրետ մի քանիսով որոշել ենք դուրս չգալ խմբակցությունից ու ներսում «ընդդիմություն» լինել»,- նշեց մեր զրուցակիցը:

Թե ինչպես են պատգամավորները քննադատում իրենց «անթերի» առաջնորդին կամ ինչպես են իրենց ուսերին տանում ընդդիմադրի ծանր լուծը, ենթադրել կարելի է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի մեկը մյուսին հակասող հայտարարութուններից, երկրի վարչապետին ոչ հարիր, չճշտված տեղեկություններ հրապարակելուց և մարդկանց «սևերի» ու «սպիտակների» բաժանելու արատավոր երևույթից չհրաժարվելուց: Ակնհայտ է՝ իշխանությունը, որ երկու տարի առաջ ԸՕ-ն փոփոխելու քաղաքական կամք չուներ ու արտահերթ ընտրությունները դեռ նախորդ իշխանության ժամանակ փոփոխված օրենսգրքով անցկացրեց, այժմ փորձում է հասկանալ՝ իշխանությունը երկարաձգելու ինչ մեխանիզմներ կարող է կիրառել»,-գրում է թերթը:
