ԱՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունը և ողջ համակարգը խորը վշտով ցավակցում է Արցախի Հանրապետության վաստակավոր բժիշկ, վիրաբույժ Սերգեյ Մռավի Օհանյանի հարազատներին և մերձավորներին նրա մահվան կապակցությամբ:

-Սերգեյ Մռավի Օհանյանը ծնվել է 1945թ. մայիսի 2-ին Մարտակերտի շրջանի Հաթերք գյուղում:

-1963թ. ավարտել է տեղի միջնակարգ դպրոցը:

-1963-1969թթ. սովորել է Երևանի պետական բժշկական ինստիտուտի բուժական ֆակուլտետում, այնուհետև՝ նշանակումով աշխատել Կապանի շրջանի Արծվանիկի տեղամասային հիվանդանոցում որպես գլխավոր բժիշկ ու վիրաբույժ:

-1970-1977թթ. Մարտակերտի շրջանի Լենինավանի տեղամասային հիվանդանոցի գլխավոր բժիշկ և վիրաբույժ:

-1977-1980թթ.՝ Մարտակերտի շրջանային հիվանդանոցի վիրաբույժ ապա՝ տնօրենի բուժ. գծով տեղակալ:

-1986-2007թթ.՝ Մարտակերտի շրջանային հիվանդանոցի գլխավոր բժիշկ, տնօրեն:

-1988թ. սկզբից եղել է Ղարաբաղյան շարժման ակտիվ մասնակից, շրջանի ինքնապաշտպանության շտաբի անդամ:

Պատերազմի տարիներին ղեկավարել է Մարտակերտի զինվորական հոսպիտալը:

-2000թ. հունիսի 18-ին Մարտակերտի թիվ 31 ընտրատարածքից ընտրվել է ԼՂՀ 3-րդ գումարման Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավոր: Եղել է պաշտպանության, անվտանգության և օրինապահպանության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի անդամ:

-2005թ. հունիսի 19-ին Հաթերքի թիվ 15 ընտրատարածքից ընտրվել է ԼՂՀ 4-րդ գումարման Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավոր: Եղել է սոցիալական ոլորտի հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի անդամ:

Հաթերքում ստեղծել է հիմնադրամ, հայրենակիցների համատեղ ուժերով կառուցել են արցախյան պատերազմում զոհված հաթերքցի ազատամարտիկների հուշահամալիր:

-2007-2010թթ.՝ Մարտակերտի շրջվարչակազմի ղեկավար:

-2011-2017թթ.՝ Մարտակերտի շրջանային հիվանդանոցի վիրաբուժական բաժնի վարիչ:

Ունի ԼՂՀ վաստակավոր բժշկի պատվավոր կոչում:

Ամուսնացած է, ունի հինգ զավակ:

Պարգևատրվել է Մարտական ծառայություն» մեդալով, «Վաչագան Բարեպաշտ» մեդալով, «Մայրական երախտագիտություն» մեդալով, Հայաստանի երկրապահի հուշամեդալներով, ՌԴ կոմունիստական կուսակցության «Дети войны» մեդալով:

Անգնահատելի է Սերգեյ Օհանյանի ավանդը Արցախի Հանրապետության առողջապահության ոլորտի կայացման ու զարգացման գործում:

Հասարակության հարգանքը վայելող մարդու, աշխատանքին ամբողջապես նվիրված մասնագետի հիշատակը մշտապես վառ կմնա մեր սրտերում:
