Բրազիլացի գիտնականները Ռիո դե Ժանեյրոյում կորոնավիրուսի նոր տեսակի հարուցիչ են հայտնաբերել, հաղորդում է ТАСС-ը՝ հղում անելով Globo թերթին:

«Հիմնավորում չունենք, որ այս մուտացիան իրենից բարձր վտանգ է ներկայացնում, բայց խոսում է այն մասին, որ վիրուսը նահանգի տարածքում շատ ինտենսիվ է տարածվում, այդ իսկ պատճառով սոցիալական հեռավորություն պահպանելն ու անվտանգության մնացած միջոցառումները շատ կարևոր են»,- ըստ թերի՝ հայտնել է Գիտական հետազոտությունների ազգային լաբորատորիայի կենսաինֆորմատիկայի լաբորատոր խմբի ղեկավար Անա Թերեզա Վաշկոնսելուշը:

Գիտնականները պարզել են, որ կորոնավիրուսի այս հարուցիչը Ռիո դե Ժանեյրոյում ի հայտ է եկել դեռ հուլիսին, որից հետո այն նահանգի 19 քաղաքում է հայտնաբերվել: 

Բրազիլիայում մինչ այժմ կորոնավիրուսով վարակման 7 318 821 դեպք է գրանցվել, մահացել է 188 259 մարդ, այս ցուցանիշով երկիրն աշխարհում զիջում է միայն ԱՄՆ-ին, իսկ վարակման դեպքերի թվով ետ է մնում Հնդկաստանից:
