Օրեր առաջ դիմել էի իրավապահ մարմիններին՝ պարզելու, թե ինչ հանգամանքներում է, այսպես ասած, Զանգելանի եւ Ղուբաթլուի մի քանի հատված հանձվել Ադրբեջանին այն պարագայում, երբ դա չէր տեղավորվում նոյեմբերի 9-ին համատեղ հայտարարության դրույթներին։ Նույն հարցադրումը, նույն հիմքով արել էի՝ կապված Հադրութի շրջանի Հին Թաղեր, Խծաբերդ գյուղերի եւ Դիզափայտ լեռան մասով։ Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է «Հենակետ» վերլուծական կենտրոնի ղեկավար Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը:

«Իրավապահները բնականաբար չարձագանքեցին, որովհետեւ լավ գիտեին, թե ինչ է տեղի ունեցել եւ իրենք հավասարապես կրում են դրա պատասխանատությունը։

Եվ ահա երեկ, այդ հարցադրումներից պատասխանը ստացա Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի՝ Հ1-ին տված հարցազրույցից։

Փաստորեն, ճիշտ էին բոլոր այն պնդումները, որ դրանք առանց հիմքի, բառիս բուն իմաստով, հանձնվել են Ադրբեջանին։ Դրա մեջ մտնում են Կապան-Գորիս ճանապարհահատվածն ու մի քանի բնակավայրեր։

Վարչապետը նշեց, որ այդ տարածքների հանձնումը նախատեսված չի եղել նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությամբ, սակայն դրա հետ կապված բանավոր պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել՝ որպես պատճառ նշելով հնարավոր պատերազմի ռիսկը։

Հասկանում ե՞ք ինչ է կատարվում․ վաղը նույն Փաշինյանը կարող է հայտարարել, որ Ադրբեջանը պահանջել է Մեղրի կամ Վարդենիս քաղաքը՝ հակառակ դեպքում սպառնալով նոր պատերազմով ու այդ հիմքով Ադրբեջանին նորանոր տարածքներ կզիջի։

Հին Թաղեր եւ Խծաբերդ գյուղերը, որոնք, այսպես ասած, նախկին ԼՂԻՄ Հադրութի շրջանի բնակավայրեր էին ու Փաշինյանի վկայակոչած անվտանգության գոտու շրջաններից չէին, նույն բանավոր պայմանավորվածությամբ հանձնվել են Ադրբեջանին։

Ու Փաշինյանն անպիսի անմեղ, տեղ-տեղ հպարտ դեմքով է խոսում լրացուցիչ հանձնված շրջանների մասին, կարծես հերոսություն է արել։ Ու հերիք չի նա այդպես է ներկայացում, մի բան էլ մեզ սպառնում է նոր պատերազմով՝ համարելով, որ տարածքներ հանձնելով պատերազմ է կանխել, մարդկային կյանքներ փրկել։

Թե էլ ի՞նչ գաղտնի կամ բանավոր պայմանավորվածություն ունի Ադրբեջանի հետ, երկար չպատմեց։

Մի խոսքով, արդեն ամեն ինչ լրիվությամբ պարզ է՝ նաեւ Փաշինյանի վկայություններով, ափսոս, որ համապատասխան ինստիտուտները ոչնչացված են, դրանց ղեկավարները նույնիսկ բարոյականություն չունեն դիմում գրելու եւ հեռանալու, էլ չեմ խոսում անհրաժեշտ իրավական ընթացակարգերի հիման վրա գործընթաց սկսելու մասին»,- գրել է Աբրահամյանը։
