Մոսկվայում հունվարի 11-ին ստորագրված փաստաթուղթը իշխանությունների հերթական ձախողումներից մեկն է, հերթական հետընթացը,- «Փաստինֆո»-ի հետ զրույցում հայտարարել է ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Մոսկվայում հունվարի 11-ին տեղի ունեցավ պատերազմի ավարտից հետո առաջին եռակողմ հանդիպումը, որի արդյունքում ստորագրվեց նոր եռակողմ հայտարարություն՝ առևտրատնտեսական ու տրանսպորտային կապերի ապաշրջափակման վերաբերյալ եւ այդ նպատակով որոշվել է ստեղծել աշխատանքային խումբ։ Ընդ որում՝ եռակողմ հանդիպումը որեւէ դրական արդյունք չի արձանագրել հայ ռազմագերիների վերադարձման հարցում, ինչի մասին հայտարարել է հենց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ նշելով, որ «բանակցությունների ընթացում այդպես էլ չհաջողվեց լուծել գերիների հարցը, որն ամենազգայուն խնդիրն է հայկական կողմի համար»։ Մինչդեռ՝ նախքան Մոսկվա մեկնելը գերիների վերադարձի հարցը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ներկայացրել էր որպես նախապայման՝ տրանսպորտային կապերի ապաշրջափակման փաստաթղթի ստորագրման համար, սակայն արդյունքում հարցը լուծում չստացավ, սակայն Փաշինյանը վիճահարույց փաստաթուղթն ստորագրեց։

Սեյրան Օհանյանի գնահատմամբ՝ նոր ստորագրված փաստաթուղթը կյանքի կոչվելու դեպքում Հայաստանը հայտնվելու է նոր մարտահրավերների առաջ։

«Հաղթում ենք» կարգախոսի ներքո պատերազմական գործողություններն այլ ընթացք ստացան, այսօր էլ իշխանությունը «լռում ենք» կարգախոսի ներքո մեր հանրությանը չեն մատուցում այն, ինչ անհրաժեշտ է, չեն ներկայացնում այն, ինչ ներկայացված է փաստաթղթերում»,- ասել է Ս.Օհանյանը՝ ընդգծելով. «Այդ փաստաթուղթը հերթական ձախողումներից մեկն է, հերթական հետընթացն է։

Ձախողված, պարտված իշխանությունները գտնվում են տարբեր ճնշումների տակ և կաղապարված վիճակում, շատ դեպքերում , այն իշխանությունները, որոնք նույնիսկ փորձ չունեն իրենք էլ չեն հասկանում , որ ամեն քայլ հետընթաց է»:
