Բանտային առողջապահության ոլորտում դրական տեղաշարժն ակնհայտ է․ ՔԿՀ-ներում մահերի թիվը 4 անգամ նվազել է

Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ

Գաղտնիք չէ, որ վերջին տարիներին քրեակատարողական համակարգի առաջնային խնդիրներից մեկը մահացության ցուցանիշի աճն էր։

«Քրեակատարողական բժշկության կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի արդյունավետ աշխատանքի և Քրեակատարողական ծառայության հետ սերտ համագործակցության շնորհիվ 2020 թվականին այդ ուղղությամբ դրական առաջընթաց ենք արձանագրել։

Մասնավորապես, նույնիսկ COVID-19 ռիսկերի առկայության պայմաններում, նախորդ տարիների համեմատությամբ մահացությունների թիվը զգալիորեն նվազել է․ 2020թ-ին գրանցվել է մահվան 5 դեպք, այն դեպքում, երբ 2019թ-ին ունեցել էինք մահվան 21 դեպք։ Խնդրում եմ ուշադրություն դարձնել նաև այն հանգամանքին, որ ազատազրկված անձանց շրջանում COVID-19 ախտորշմամբ մահվան ելքով դեպք չի արձանագրվել:

ՊՈԱԿ-ի աշխատանքն արդյունավետ գնահատելու մեկ այլ գործոն է բուժօգնության կազմակերպման ձգձգումների բացառումը։ Եթե նախորդ տարիներին պետության կողմից երաշխավորված անվճար բժշկական սպասարկման և օգնության ուղեգրով բուժօգնության կազմակերպումը տևում էր շաբաթներ, ապա ներկայում տվյալ գործընթացը կազմակերպվում է ընդամենը մեկ օրում, ինչը հնարավորություն է տալիս ազատազրկված անձանց անխոչընդոտ իրացնել առողջության պահպանման իրավունքը։

Բուժօգնության որակի բարձրացման նպատակով 2020 թվականի ընթացքում նեղ մասնագիտական վերապատրաստում է անցել ՊՈԱԿ-ի 71 աշխատակից, այսինքն՝ զբաղեցրած հաստիքների շուրջ 45 %-ը։

ՔԿՀ-ներում բժշկական օգնության բարձր որակի ապահովմանն ուղղված քայլերը կրելու են շարունակական բնույթ՝ պահպանելով ինչպես արձանագրված հաջողությունները, այնպես էլ թիրախավորելով ռազմավարական նոր ուղղություններ, որոնք միտված են լինելու բանտային բժշկությունը հանրային առողջապահության ոլորտ ինտեգրելուն։
