«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է.

Երեկ «Իմ քայլի» հրատապ նիստին աննախադեպ քիչ պատգամավորներ են մասնակցել։ Հրավիրել էին, որ քննարկեին Վահագն Հովակիմյանի նախագիծը՝ առանց վարչապետի հրաժարականի խորհրդարանի ինքնալուծարման մասին։ Իսկ մինչ այդ հարկավոր է Սահմանադրության մեջ փոփոխություն իրականացնել։ Նիստին չի մասնակցել անգամ Արարատ Միրզոյանը։ Պատգամավորների բոյկոտը փաշինյանականներն ընկալել են որպես վերաբերմունք ինքնալուծարման գաղափարին, ուստի հարցը քննարկվել է հպանցիկ, եւ հնչել են կարծիքներ, որ նախ պետք է ընդդիմության հետ արտահերթ ընտրությունների շուրջ համաձայնության գալ, ապա նոր մտածել ԱԺ լուծարման մասին։ Քանի որ եթե արտահերթ ընտրությունները քաղաքական ուժերը բոյկոտեն, ճգնաժամն ավելի կխորանա։ Իմքայլականները սահուն անցում են կատարել Ընտրական օրենսգրքի, «Կուսակցությունների մասին» օրենքների փոփոխություններին։

Մեզ պատմեցին, որ իմքայլականների տրամադրություններում էական փոփոխություններ կան․ ժամանակին մեծ մասը կարծում էր, որ ռեյտինգային ընտրակարգից հրաժարվելը պարտադիր է, այսօր կարծում են, որ դա իրենց շահերից այնքան էլ չի բխում՝ Փաշինյանը չունի նախկին հեղինակությունը, որ կարողանա իր ուսերին 88 հոգու տանել ԱԺ, ընտրական ցուցակը ձեւավորելիս էլ կարող են այլ չափորոշիչներ գործել։ Ուստի «Իմ քայլում» առաջարկ կա՝ օրենսդրորեն ամրագրել ընտրական  ցուցակները ձեւավորելու ընթացակարգը՝ բոլոր ուժերի համար։ Որպեսզի ցուցակները չձեւավորվեն մեկ մարդու կողմից եւ նրա քմահաճույքով, այլ գոնե վարչության կողմից, ներկուսակցական պրայմերիզների, քվեարկությունների միջոցով, որ ինչ-որ մեկի առաջին հատվածում հայտնվելն անարդար չլինի, եւ բոլորը «վիզ դնեն» ընտրությունների համար։
