«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է.

Շուտով Հայաստանում «Բարոյական արժեքներ» անունով կուսակցություն կգործի։ Նախաձեռնող խումբը որոշել է փետրվարի 15-ին հիմնադիր համագումար հրավիրել։ Կուսակցություն ստեղծելու միտքը դեռ 1,5 տարի առաջ են հղացել։ Նախաձեռնող խմբի անդամ Արմեն Մելիքսեթյանն ասում է, որ երկրի այսօրվա վիճակն արագացրել է կուսակցություն ստեղծելու պրոցեսը։

Նախաձեռնությունը ո՛չ պրոիշխանական է, ո՛չ ընդդիմադիր՝ իրենց Փաշինյանի կադրային քաղաքականությունը եւ թավիշը չեն բավարարում։ Բայց Փաշինյանի հրաժարականը չեն պահանջի․ «Եթե դատական համակարգում մեծ բարեփոխումներ լինեն, եւ կտրուկ քայլեր անեն պատերազմի հետեւանքների դեմ, անբարոյականների մեծ մասի դեմ, որոնք մտած են քաղաքականության մեջ, պայքար տարվի»։ Իսկ թե ինչու «Բարոյական արժեքներ», ապա․ «Ամեն ինչի սկիզբը բարոյականությունն է, ամեն ինչ գալիս է բարոյականությունից»։ Օրենքի պահանջով՝ հիմնադիր համագումարից հետո 1 տարվա ընթացքում կուսակցությունը պետք է 800 անդամ ունենա։
