ՌԴ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան ամենշաբաթյա ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ անդրադարձել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում իրավիճակի կայունացմանը՝ ընդգծելով մարդասիրական ծրագրերի իրականացման առաջնահերթությունը:

«Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության գոտում իրավիճակի կանոնավոր կայունացման հասնելու առումով առաջնային տեղում է տուժածներին և կարիքավորներին համալիր մարդասիրական աջակցության ծրագիրը: Ինչպես Բաքվի, այնպես էլ Երևանի համապատասխան ջանքերից և այլ երկրների, առաջին հերթին՝ մեր երկրի օգնությունից բացի, օգտակար ենք համարում միջազգային իրավասու կառույցների միացումը: Ներկա պահին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում և նրա հարակից շրջաններում ակտիվորեն աշխատում է Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեն: Ինչ վերաբերում է ՄԱԿ-ի համակարգի մասնագիտացված գործակալություններին, ՄԱԿ-ի ղեկավարությունը կապի մեջ է գտնվում հայկական և ադրբեջանական կողմերի հետ և շարունակում է համաձայնեցնել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ գնահատման համալիր առաքելության ուղարկման հարցերը»,- ասել է Զախարովան:

Զախարովան ընդգծել է Ադրբեջանում և Հայաստանում ՄԱԿ-ի թիմերի ջանքերը և աջակցություն հայտնել ՄԱԿ-ի փոխգործակցությանը Բաքվի և Երևանի հետ հումանիտար օգնություն տրամադրելու հարցերով:

«Ռուսաստանն, իր հերթին, զգալի ներդրում է անում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում իրավիճակի բարելավման համար՝ ռուս մասնագետների և խաղաղապահների աջակցությամբ: Նոյեմբերի 14-ից ի վեր իրենց մշտական բնակության վայրեր են վերադարձել ավելի քան 51 000 փախստականներ: Ականազերծվել է ավելի քան 705 հեկտար տարածք և ավելի քան 230 կմ ճանապարհ, վնասազերծվել է մոտ 24 000 պայթյունավտանգ առարկա: Ամբողջությամբ վերականգնվել է էլեկտրամատակարարումը: Մոտ 1300 բնակիչ բուժօգնություն է ստացել»,- հավելել է ԱԳՆ ներկայացուցիչը:
