«Հայրենիքի փրկության շարժման» վարչապետի թեկնածու Վազգեն Մանուկյանն այսօր մի խումբ քաղաքագետների և փորձագետների հետ քննարկել է Հայաստանի ներքաղաքական իրավիճակը, Արցախի հարցի հետագա ճակատագիրն ու տարածաշրջանային աշխարհաքաղաքական զարգացումներին վերաբերող հարցեր։

Քննարկվել է պատերազմից հետո Հայաստանում ստեղծված ներքաղաքական ճգնաժամը, որի հանգուցալուծման վերաբերյալ մասնագետները տարբեր տեսակետներ են հնչեցրել: Ըստ որոշ տեսակետների՝ քաղաքական դաշտի ռազմավարությունն ու գործողությունները պետք է մշակվեն հասարակության շրջանում սոցիոլոգիական լուրջ հետազոտությունների և վերլուծությունների հիման վրա: Այս համատեքստում անդրադարձ է եղել այն խնդրին, որ սոցիալական ցանցերը հաճախ կառավարվում են և ստեղծում իրականության ոչ հավաստի պատկեր:

Մտքեր են փոխանակվել Հայաստանում 2018 թվականի իշխանափոխության և դրան հաջորդած իրադարձությունների խորքային պատճառների, իշխանության, պետական համակարգի, ընդդիմության, քաղաքական կուսակցությունների խնդիրների և այդ համակարգերը կայացնելու անհրաժեշտության վերաբերյալ:

Կարևորվել է Հայաստանում ազգային օրակարգի ձևավորման, ազգային ինքնության հարցերն առաջնային դարձնելու և դրանց շուրջ հասարակությանը համախմբելու անհրաժեշտությունը:

Անդրադառնալով Արցախյան հիմնահարցին՝ ներկաները կարևորել են հարցի վերաբերյալ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դիրքորոշման և քայլերի հստակեցումն ու ակտիվացումը՝ մտահոգություն հայտնելով վերջին ժամանակահատվածում հիմնահարցը երկրորդ պլան մղելու միտումների առնչությամբ:

Քննարկվել է տարածաշրջանում Թուրքիայի ակտիվացման ֆոնին Հայաստանի կողմից անհրաժեշտ քայլեր և ռազմավարություն մշակելու անհրաժեշտությունը, ԱՄՆ-ի հետ հարաբերությունների հստակ օրակարգ ձևավորելու խնդիրը, Ռուսաստանի և բնական այլ դաշնակիցների հետ համագործակցության հեռանկարները:

 

Կարևորվել է աշխարհաքաղաքական զարգացումներին համահունչ արտաքին քաղաքականություն իրականացնելու և տարածաշրջանային հնարավոր վերադասավորումների դեպքում շահեկան վիճակում գտնվելու հարցը, որը կենսական նշանակություն ունի Հայաստանի համար և հնարավոր է լուծել միայն այն դեպքում, երբ պետության ներսում առկա ճգնաժամն ու խնդիրները հաղթահարվեն:
