Սիրելի ընկերներ, դեմ չե՞ք լինի, եթե սարսափ ֆիլմ հիշեցնող մի սցենար ներկայացնեմ ձեր ուշադրությանը։ Պատկերացրեք կա ինչ-որ մի մարդ, ով ամեն ինչ գիտի ձեր մասին։ Գիտի, թե դուք որտեղ եք բնակվում, որ գույնն եք սիրում, երեկոյան ինչ եք ուտում, քնելուց առաջ ինչ եք կարդում, ում եք գաղտնի նամակներ գրում և այլն, և այլն։ Պատկերացրեք, որ նա տարիներով հետևել է ձեզ, ունեցել է ձեր բոլոր գաղտնիքներն իմանալու հնարավորություն, այնքան տեղեկություն է կուտակել ձեր մասին, որ սկսել է կարողանալ ոչ միայն գուշակել ձեր բոլոր հաջորդ քայլերը, այլև վարքագիծ թելադրել ձեզ։ Օրինակ, որոշել ում հետ շփվեք և ում հետ ոչ։ Ինչ մասնագիտություն ընտրեք և որ աղբյուրներից տեղեկություններ ստանաք։ Մի խոսքով, իմանա ձեր մասին ամեն-ամեն ինչ և պարտադրի ձեզ անել միայն այն, ինչ ինքն է կամենում։ Պատկերացրեցի՞ք։ Դե հիմա խնդրեմ ասացեք՝ ինչի՞ կվերածվի ձեր կյանքը, եթե հանկարծ նման բան տեղի ունենա...

Կարծում եք՝ անհնա՞ր բան եմ ասում։ Պիտի տխրեցնեմ. նկարագրածը ֆանտաստիկ սցենար չէր։ Այն, ցավոք, մեր իրականությունն է։ Իմ ու ձեր իրականությունը։

Վերջերս շատ եմ մտածում մեր ժողովրդի վարքագծի մասին։ Եվ ոչ միայն ես։ Ընկերներիցս ում հետ խոսում, բոլորը վստահ են, որ մեր ժողովուրդը նման չէ ինքն իրեն։ Օրինակ, ու՞մ մտքով կանցներ, որ նա կարող է հանդուրժել Արցախը թշնամուն հանձնած, 5000 երիտասարդների կյանք զոհաբերած և ազգային արժանապատվությունը գետնին գցած դավաճանի ներկայությունը երկրի վարչապետի պաշտոնում։ Բայց դա այդպես է։

Ու հիմա, երբ մտածում եմ այդ ամենի մասին, վստահ կարող եմ պնդել, որ մեր ժողովրդի նման վարքագծի պատճառը, իրականում, մեզնից դուրս է։ Օրինակ, սոցիալական ցանցերում է, որտեղ մեզանից յուրաքանչյուրի մասին տարատեսակ ուժեր մոտ չորս հազար միավոր տեղեկություն են հավաքել և օգտագործում են այդ ամենը մեր դեմ։ Բրիտանական հայտնի Cambridge Analytica ընկերության գործունեությանը շատ թե քիչ ծանոթ յուրաքանչյուր մարդ միանգամից կհասկանա, թե ինչի մասին եմ խոսում։

Աներևակայելի բան է։ Մեր ժողովուրդը կառավարվում է ոչ թե իր սեփական համոզմունքների, ոչ թե մեր պետության և/կամ մտավորականների ու առաջնորդների, այլ վերազգային կորպորացիաների կողմից։ Նրանք են որոշում, թե քաղաքական ինչ նախասիրություններ ունենա Հայաստանի քաղաքացին։ Ում թշնամի և ում բարեկամ համարի։ Ինչ ձգտումներ ունենա այս կյանքում… Եվ հետո էլ խոսում ենք կորցրածը վերականգնելու, դավաճանին ու թշնամուն պատժելու մասին։ Անհնար է։ Մեր քաղաքացին պաշտպանված չէ արտաքին ազդեցություններից։ Մեր քաղաքացին առաջնորդվում է օտարների ծրագրով։ Մեր քաղաքացին գործում է ի շահ այլ ուժերի։ Եվ դա շարունակվելու է այնքան ժամանակ, քանի դեռ պետությունը չի արգելափակի, օրինակ, Facebook սոցիալական ցանցի հասանելիություը երկրում։

Բայց կարո՞ղ է արդյոք Հայաստանը նման որոշում կայացնել։ Դժվար է ասել։ Ամենայն հավանականությամբ՝ ոչ։ Որովհետև՝ նախ այդ պետություն էլ է կառավարվում հիշատակված օտարների կողմից և երկրորդ, արժանապատիվ կյանք դավանող և սպառողական տրամադրություններ ունեցող հասարակությունների պայքարում երկրորդը վստահ հաղթանակ է տանում։ Եվ կրկին, «շնորհակալություն» սոցիալական ցանցերին, որոնք կարողացել են ապահովել հանրության ամենաստորին շերտերի հաղթանակը արժեքների ու գաղափարների դեմ մղվող պատերազմում։
