Արցախում շրջանառվող տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ վերջին շրջանում ներքաղաքական կուլիսներում քննարկվում է Կարմիր Շուկա-Շոշ ճանապարհի՝ Ադրբեջանին որևէ ձևով վերահսկողության հանձնելու հարցը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Շոշ-Կարմիր Շուկա ճանապարհահատվածը դեպի Ամարաս և Ճարտար, Մարտունի գնացող մայրուղու մի հատվածն է, որը պատերազմի օրերին մեծ զոհերի գնով հայկական կողմին հաջողվել էր պահել Արցախի վերահսկողության տակ։ Ավելի վաղ Ադրբեջանը պլանավորել էր դեպի Շուշի նոր ճանապարհ կառուցել, որն անցնելու էր Կարմիր շուկայի վերևի հատվածով, որն այս պահին գտնվում է Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության տակ, սակայն աշխարհագրական տեսանկյունից դժվարամատչելի լինելու պատճառով՝ մտափոխվել են ու փորձում են նաև այդ ճանապարհի նկատմամբ վերահսկողություն սահմանել։

Թե դա ինչ հետևանքներ կունենա Արցախի համար՝ նույնիսկ սարսափելի է կանխատեսել, սակայն փաստ է, որ այս պահին այդ մասին «վարագույրների» հետևում ակտիվ քննարկումներ են գնում։

Որպես ճանապարհի այդ հատվածը հանձնելու պատճառ՝ շրջանառվում է որոշ գերիների հետ վերադարձի խնդիրը, սակայն տպավորություն կա, որ Հայաստանի ու Արցախի իշխանությունները «մարդկային կյանքեր» փրկելու դրոշակի ներքո Ադրբեջանի հետ նոր՝ գաղտնի գործարքների հարց են քննարկում՝ Արցախն առավել խոցելի դարձնելով։ Թե այդ քննարկումներն ի՞նչ ելք կունենան, պարզ կլինի որոշ ժամանակ հետո։
