Shamshyan.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ՀՀ քր օր-ի 104 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակում որպես կասկածյալ որոնվում է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության քաղաքացի, 24-ամյա Մարկ Խոդերյանը:

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վերջինս որոնվում է փետրվարի 6-ին Առինջ գյուղի «Ծիրանի» ռեստորանային համալիրում ծեծկռտուքին մասնակցելու և Հրազդան քաղաքի բնակիչ, 23-ամյա Թաթուլ Մարտիրոսյանին սպանելու կասկածանքով:

Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ կասկածյալը օրեր առաջ է Հայաստան վերադարձել Ռուսաստանից, իսկ նրա նկատմամբ որպես կասկածյալ հիմնավոր ապացույցներ են ձեռք բերել արդեն ՀՀ ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության, ոստիկանության Կոտայքի մարզային վարչության, ոստիկանության Կոտայքի բաժնի և Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային վարչության և նույն վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնի քննիչները:

Մարտիրոսյանն արդեն վիրավոր վիճակում վայր է ընկնում: Ինչպես ավելի վաղ հայտնել էր SHAMSHYAN.com-ը, փետրվարի 6-ին, սպանություն է տեղի ունեցել Կոտայքի մարզում: Ժամը 23:00-ի սահմաններում ոստիկանության Կոտայքի բաժին ահազանգ էր ստացվել, որ Առինջ գյուղում գործող «Ծիրանի այգի» ռեստորանային համալիրում ծեծկռտուք է տեղի ունենում: Որոշ ժամանակ անց թիվ 1 համալսարանական հիվանդանոցից ոստիկանության Կոտայքի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվում, որ բժիշկների հերթապահ խումբը «մարմնի բազմակի կտրած-ծակած վերքեր, կենսաբանական մահ» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխել երիտասարդ տղայի դի:

«Ծիրանի այգի» ռեստորանային համալիր էր մեկնել ոստիկանության Կոտայքի մարզային վարչության օպերատիվ խումբը՝ վարչության պետ Արթուր Զոհրաբյանի, ոստիկանության Կոտայքի բաժնի պետ Սարո Ռուստամյանի գլխավորությամբ: Ժամանել էր նաև Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության խումբը՝ վարչության պետ Սահակ Գրիգորյանի, նույն վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնի խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Գառնիկ Մաթևոսյանի, բաժնի պետի տեղակալ Սերոժ Ավագյանի և հատկապես կարևոր գործերով ավագ քննիչ Տիգրան Բաղյանի գլխավորությամբ: Ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները պարզել էին, որ մահացածը Հրազդան քաղաքի բնակիչ, 23-ամյա Թաթուլ Մարտիրոսյանն էր:

Մինչ դեպքի վայրում աշխատում էին ոստիկանության փորձաքրեագիտական վարչության փորձաքրեագետները, ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները պարզել էին, որ նշված վայրում մարմնական վնասվածք է ստացել նաև Հրազդան քաղաքի բնակիչ, 22-ամյա Սահակ Կարապետանը: Հաշվի առնելով հանցագործության վտանգավորության աստիճանը, ժամանել էր նաև Կոտայքի մարզի դատախազի տեղակալ Արթուր Մելիքյանը: Փաստի առթիվ Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության պետ Ս. Գրիգորյանի որոշմամբ ստեղծվել է քննչական խումբ՝ մարզային քննչական վարչության և Կոտայքի քննչական բաժնի քննիչների գլխավորությամբ: Քննչական խումբը ղեկավարում են Ս. Ավագյանն ու հատկապես կարևոր գործերով ավագ քննիչ Հայկ Հակոբյանը: Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները պարզել էին դեպքի որոշ հանգամանքներ, գիտեին նաև սպանություն կատարողի ինքնությունը և ձեռնարկում էին անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական և քննչական համատեղ գործողություններ՝ կատարողին և հանցագործության գործիք դանակը հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ:
