NEWS.am–ի տեղեկություններով՝ ՊՆ նախկին խոսնակ Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը օրեր առաջ մեկնել է ԱՄՆ։ Հովհաննիսյանը ԱՄՆ է ժամանել Կատար–Լոս Անջելես չվերթով։ Տելեգրամյան ալիքներից մեկի փոխանցմամբ՝ օդանավում գտնվող հայրենակիցներից ոմանք ճանաչել են նրան և անպատվել։

Աղբյուրի տեղեկություններով՝ Հովհաննիսյանը հյուրընկալվել է Կալիֆոռնիայի հայաբնակ Գլենդեյլում բնակվող իր ընկերոջը և հանդիպումներ ունեցել պատերազմի ժամանակ բանակին աջակցություն ցուցաբերած  որոշ ամերիկահայերի հետ։ Թեև Հովհաննիսյանն ընկերական շրջապատում հայտարարել է, որ ԱՄՆ է մեկնում բուժման նպատակով, սակայն ըստ լուրերի՝ այս օրերին նա Կալիֆոռնիայում հանդիպումներ է ունենում իր նոր ծրագրի համար ֆինանսավորում հայթայթելու նպատակով։ Ավելին, այս շաբաթ Գլենդեյլում նախատեսվում է Հովհաննիսյանի գրքի շնորհանդեսը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ նոյեմբերի 9–ի կապիտուլացիոն համաձայնագրի ստորագրումից հետո շատերը պաշտպանության նախարարության ներկայացուցչին մեղադրեցին հանրությանը 44  օր կեղծ լուրերով մանիպուլացնելու և ռազմաճակատում տիրող իրական վիճակը չներկայացնելու մեջ։ Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը փետրվարի 1–ին խորհրդարանում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում արդարացել է, որ ինքը 44 օրվա ընթացքում տեղեկությունները ստացել է բացառապես ՊՆ-ից, գլխավոր շտաբի օպերատիվ վարչությունից եւ ՊԲ-ից։

«Ես որեւէ կեղծ ինֆորմացիա չեմ տրամադրել: Որեւէ բառ հիշո՞ւմ եք, որ ասել եմ՝ հաղթում ենք»,–ասել է նա։

Հովհաննիսյանը, որը 600 հազարից ավելի հետևորդ ունի «ֆեյսբուք» սոցիալական կայքում և պատերազմական լուրերը հայտնում էր հենց այդ հարթակից, կապիտուլացիոն ակտից հետո հազվադեպ է գրառումներ անում՝ հավանաբար խուսափելով հանրային պարսավանքի թիրախ դառնալուց։
