ԶՈՒ ԳՇ հայտարարությունից հետո վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը «տրեվոգ» է տվել, արագ կանչել մերձավոր թիմակիցներին․ Արարատ Միրզոյան, Ալեն Սիմոնյան, Ռուբեն Ռուբինյան, Վահագն Հովակիմյան, ասել է, որ եթե իրավիճակը կտրուկ սրվի, հնարավոր է երկրում պարետային ժամ մտցնենք, գնացեք պատրաստեք նախագիծը։ Պատմեցին, որ Միրզոյանը հեռացել է բավականին դժգոհ, թեեւ չի բարձրաձայնել։ Ուշագրավ է, որ երեկ նա չերեւաց հրապարակի հանրահավաքում։ Ավելի ուշ Փաշինյանը հանձնարարել է բոլորին՝ նախարարներ, մարզպետներ՝ մարդ բերել հանրահավաքի։

Երեկ ահազանգեր ստացանք, որ օլիգարխներն էլ են մասնակցել․ Խաչատուր Սուքիասյանը, Սամվել Ալեքսանյանը, «Սպայկայի» տնօրինությունն իրենց աշխատակիցներին պարտադրել են մասնակցել հանրահավաքին։ Մի քանի ավտոբուս մարդ է բերել, օրինակ, Արթիկի քաղաքապետարանը։ Իսկ նախորդ օրերին տագնապ է հայտարարվել այն զինծառայողների շրջանում, որոնք պատերազմից հետո Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ամառանոցն էին պաշտպանում՝ բոլորին կանչել են արտահերթ ծառայության։ Արդյունքները գոհացրել են իշխանական խմբակին․ օրվա վերջում նրանք հաղթական տրամադրություններ ունեին՝ իրենք էլ չէին սպասում, որ այդքան մարդ կհաջողվի բերել հրապարակ։
