Արցախի գլխավոր դատախազության  կողմից՝ ըստ Արցախի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի փոխարինողի կողմից ուղարկված  ուսումնասիրության արդյունքների, քրեական գործ է հարուցվել՝  2020 թվականի  սեպտեմբերի 27-ից Արցախի Հանրապետության դեմ սանձազերծված պատերազմի ընթացքում  քաղպաշտպանության գործառույթներն իրականացնող պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից բնակչությանը տարհանելու պարտականությունը՝ սահմանված քաղաքացիական պաշտպանության մասին օրենքով, ոչ պատշաճ կատարելու ենթադրյալ դեպքերի վերաբերյալ: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք Արցախի գլխավոր դատախազությունից:

«Նկատի ունենալով, որ պատերազմի ընթացքում ադրբեջանցիների կողմից Արցախի Հանրապետության մի շարք համայնքներում սպանվել և գերեվարվել են քաղաքացիական անձինք, ուստի հիշյալ անձանց տարհանման պարտականության կատարման պատշաճությունը քրեադատավարական օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված կարգով ստուգելու համար՝ Արցախի Հանրապետության ՄԻՊ կողմից  դատախազություն ներկայացված փաստական տվյալների հիման վրա 2021 թվականի մարտի 1-ին Արցախի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազության ընդհանուր բնույթի հանցագործությունների գործերով բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ԱՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 334-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով նախատեսված հանցագործության հատկանիշներով»,մանրամասնում են Գլխավոր դատախազությունից՝ հավելելով, որ նույն օրը նախաքննության կատարման համար քրեական գործը ըստ քննչական ենթակայության ուղարկվել է Արցախի Հանրապետության քննչական կոմիտե։
