«Հայաստանում, ի թիվս բազմաթիվ կարևոր երևույթների դեֆիցիտի, կա համարժեքության կամ ադեկվատության դեֆիցիտ, որն ամենաշատն արտահայտվում է իշխանության գործողություններում։ Երկրում առկա է լրջագույն քաղաքական ճգնաժամ, չի մնացել որևէ կարևոր ինստիտուտ, որը չպահանջի կառավարության ու Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հրաժարականը։

Ի պատասխան, իշխանությունը ոչ թե փորձում է իրավիճակին համարժեք քայլեր կատարել, այլ վարչական ռեսուրսի բռնի կիրառմամբ ցուցադրական հանրահավաք է անում Հանրապետության հրապարակում, հաջորդ օրն էլ քաղաքացիներին ցույց է տալիս հատուկ ծառայությունների բոլոր դիմակավորված ծառայողներին ու դիպուկահարներին։ Սա անհամարժեքության ցցուն, բայց ամենևին ոչ եզակի դրսևորում է։

Ադրբեջանն ու Թուրքիան հերթական համատեղ երկարաժամկետ  զորավարժությունն են իրականացնում Թուրքիայում, այդ երկրների ղեկավարներն առանց ավելորդ ձևականությունների՝ գրեթե ամեն օր հայտարարում են, որ Զանգեզուրն «Ադրբեջանի պատմական տարածք է», ի պատասխան՝ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները քար լռություն են պահպանում՝ բավարարվելով Արտգործնախարարության պաշտոնյայի վախվորած հայտարարությամբ, միևնույն ժամանակ՝ ավելի ուժգնացնելով հայկական բանակի դեմ ծավալված գրոհը։ Այն դեպքում, երբ ադրբեջանաթուրքական զորավարժությունների թիրախը Հայաստանն է, և, լավ կամ վատ, բայց այն պաշտպանելու միակ կարողությունն ունի հայկական բանակը, որի դեմ այսօր պատերազմ է մղում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։

Մենք ապրում ենք տոտալ անհամարժեքության պայմաններում, երբ իշխանության որևէ գործողություն չի պարունակում ադեկվատության անգամ փոքր չափաբաժին։ Բայց բնության ու քաղաքականության օրենքներով՝ անհամարժեքությունն ինքնին մեկ այլ համարժեքության արտահայտություն կարող է լինել։ Ահա այդ՝ ադեկվատության հակադրության հարթությունում պարզորոշ կերպով ի հայտ է գալիս այն իրողությունը, որ Հայաստանի իշխանության գործողություններն ընդհանրապես համարժեք չլինելով Հայաստանի ու հայկականության օրակարգին, գրեթե ամբողջությամբ համարժեք են և համապատասխանում են ադրբեջանաթուրքական օրակարգին։

Այս առումով, ահա, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ու իշխանությունների քայլերն իրականում ավելի քան ադեկվատ են, պարզապես փոխված է համարժեքության առանցքը՝ այն գրեթե ամբողջությամբ նույնական է թուրքական օրակարգի հետ։

Ժամանակի հետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գործողություններն ավելի են հեռանալու հայկական օրակարգից ու ավելի մոտ են դառնալու ադրբեջանաթուրքական ծրագրերին։ Մենք գործ ունենք ադրբեջանաթուրքական լայնամասշտաբ նվաճման հետ, այն էսթետիկական տարբերությամբ, որ նվաճողների դերում հանդես են գալիս հայկական ազգանուններով ֆիգուրանտներ։ Նրանք մինչև այս պահը գրեթե անարգել շարունակում են այդ նվաճողական քաղաքականությունը, որի դեմ էլ ուղղված են Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցող հակաիշխանական բոլոր գործընթացները՝ անկախ այդ գործընթացներում ներգրավվածների նկատմամբ դրական կամ բացասական վերաբերմունքից։

Բաժանարար գծերն այլևս առավել քան խիստ են. մի կողմում՝ հայկականությունն է, մյուս կողմում՝ տարբեր ձևակերպումներով լղոզված ադրբեջանաթուրքական օրակարգը՝ իր արտաքին և ներքին սպասարկուներով»,-գրում է թերթը:
