«Հայաստանը պետություն է, որն ապրում է գրեթե ամենօրյա սկանդալների ռեժիմում։ Այստեղ կատարվում են իրադարձություններ, որոնք որևէ այլ, գոնե փոքր-ինչ կայացած հասարակություններում ամիսներով քննարկման նյութ կդառնային, և որոնց կհետևեին առնվազն քաղաքական փոփոխություններ։ Ամիսներ են անցել այն օրից, երբ հրապարակվել է տեղեկություն, որ Հայաստանի Ազգային  ժողովի նախագահը թուրքական, բայց համատեղության կարգով՝ նաև ՀՀ ԱԱԾ գործակալ է։

Այս տեղեկությունը որևէ հոդաբաշխ հերքում չի ստացել, թուրքական գործակալ լինելու մասին լուրն այդպես էլ մնացել է օդում կախված, իսկ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ գործակալ լինելու վերաբերյալ տեղեկության իբրև թե հերքումն իրականում ավելի է հաստատել այն։ Որևէ նորմալ երկրում սա կլիներ սենսացիոն ու սկանդալային իրադարձություն, որին կհետևեր առնվազն խորհրդարանի ղեկավարի հրաժարականը։ Հայաստանը, սակայն, այլ պատմություն է, և Արարատ Միրզոյանը հպարտորեն շարունակում է ծառայել՝ որպես ԱԺ նախագահ, համատեղության կարգով, բնականաբար։

Բանակի բարձրագույն հրամկազմը պահանջում է վարչապետի հրաժարակա՞նը, ոչ մի խնդիր․ ընդամենը երկու շաբաթ անց նույն հրամկազմը գլխահակ ողջունում է նույն վարչապետին։ Այլ երկրի համար առավել քան սկանդալային այս իրադարձությունը Հայաստանում տեղի է ունենում և ավարտվում՝ որպես շարքային, սովորական պատում։

Տեղեկություն և տեսագրություն է հրապարակվում այն մասին, որ վարչապետի օգնականը ցուցումներ է տալիս իրավապահ մարմիններին, թելադրում կամ սրբագրում է մեղադրանքի տեքստերը։ Սկանդա՞լ։ Ոչ մի կերպ։ Տեղեկությունը մարսվում է՝ որպես շարքային, սովորական միջադեպ, այն դեպքում, երբ միջին վիճակագրական որևէ երկրում գործադիր իշխանության նման վարքագիծը կհանգեցներ վարչապետի ու ողջ կառավարության հրաժարականին։ Բայց սա Հայաստանն է, իսկ Հայաստանում վաղուց ամեն ինչ ընթանում է ոչ միայն՝ քաղաքականության ու քաղաքագիտության, այլ անգամ պարզագույն տրամաբանության կանոններին հակառակ։

Սկանդալային իրադարձություններն այնքան շատ են ու այնքան խայտառակ, որ դրանք արդեն առաջացնում են սոսկ սպորտային հետաքրքրություն։ Այդ հետաքրքրությունն առաջացնում է հարց՝ ո՞րն է անկման ամենացածր կետը, դեպի որը գնում է Հայաստանի իշխանությունն ու իր հետ տանում է պետությունը։

Այդ հարցն ավելի շատ հռետորական է, քանի որ իրականում մարդկային, քաղաքական բարոյականության ու դեգրադացվածության անկումն անսահման է ու անհատակ։ Իսկ դա նշանակում է, որ մեզ դեռևս սպասում են աներևակայելի անկումներ ու սկանդալներ, և չպետք է զարմանալ, եթե վաղը հրապարակում տեսնենք հանուն իշխանության պահպանման՝ վարտիքով ելույթ ունեցող վարչապետի, կամ նույն նպատակով, ասենք, Պակիստանի հետ գործակցող պաշտոնյայի։

Դա կարող է շարունակվել մինչև անկման ամենացածր պայմանական կետը, որից հետո պետությունը կդադարի գոյություն ունենալ վերջնականապես»,-գրում է թերթը:
