Միջդիրքային տարածքում երկու պայմանագրային զինծառայողների կորելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ

Ինչպես արդեն տեղեկացվել է, ՀՀ ԶՈՒ N զորամասի պահպանության շրջանի մարտական հենակետի երկու շարքային պայմանագրային զինծառայողների հետ միջդիրքային տարածքում մարտի 21-ին կապն ընդհատվել էր, եղանակային ծանր պայմաններում իրականացված որոնողական աշխատանքների արդյունքում նրանք հայտնաբերվել էին մարտի 22-ին: Նրանցից մեկի կյանքը, ցավոք, փրկել չէր հաջողվել, մյուսը, որի վիճակը գնահատվում է ծանր, անհրաժեշտ բուժօգնությունն է ստանում Կենտրոնական զինվորական հոսպիտալում:

Եղեգնաձորի կայազորի զինվորական դատախազի հանձնարարությամբ, զինծառայողների կորելու մասին տեղեկատվութունն ստանալուց անմիջապես հետո ՀՀ ՊՆ Վայքի ՌՈ բաժնում դեպքի առթիվ նախապատրաստվել են նյութեր:

Ըստ նախապատրաստված նյութերով ձեռք բերված տվյալների՝ մարտի 20-ին ժամը 09-ի սահմաններում, նրանք ծխախոտ և վառելիք բերելու նպատակով դուրս են եկել մարտական դիրքից և գնացել մոտ 1.5կմ հեռավորության վրա տեղակայված մարտական դիրք, եղանակի վատթարացման պատճառով ստիպված մնացել այնտեղ, իսկ հաջորդ օրը վերադառնալիս խիստ ձնաբքի պայմաններում մոլորվել էին՝ չհասնելով հենակետ:

Դեպքի առթիվ Եղեգնաձորի կայազորի զինվորական դատախազությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 376-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով՝ լրիվ, բազմակողմանի և օբյեկտիվ քննությամբ պարզելու դեպքի ամբողջական հանգամանքները, մարտական հերթապահության իրականացման պայմանների, զինծառայողների անվտանգության ապահովման ուղղությամբ ձեռնարկված միջոցների անբավարարության, դրանում համապատասխան պաշտոնատար անձանց հնարավոր պաշտոնեական անփութության, հանցավոր թերացումների առկայությունը:
