SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ քիչ առաջ կրակոցներ են հնչել Լոռու մարզում։  Հրազենային վնասվածքներով Վանաձորի բժշկական կենտրոն է տեղափոխվել մի քաղաքացի։ Հիվանդանոց են մեկնել ոստիկանության Լոռու մարզային վարչության օպերատիվ խումբը՝ վարչության պետ Տիգրան Կարապետյանի, ոստիկանության Վանաձոր քաղաքի Տարոնի բաժնի պետ Արսեն Աղումյանի գլխավորությամբ։ Ժամանել են նաև Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության խումբը՝ վարչության պետի գլխավորությամբ։

Հիվանդանոցում բժիշկները ոստիկաններին հայտնել են, որ վիրավորը գտնվում է ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակում և ի վիճակի չէ կատարվածի մասին բացատրություններ տալու։ Մինչ բժիշկները պայքարում են վիրավորի կյանքի համար, Լոռու մարզի ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները պարզել են, որ վիրավորը, ում մարմնի և գլխի վրա կան կրակոցների բազմաթիվ հետքեր, հիվանդանոց է տեղափոխվել Վանաձոր քաղաքի Թումանյան 11 շենքից։

Այս պահին ոստիկանները, փորձաքրեագետներն ու քննիչները դեպքի վայրի զննություն են կատարում, որտեղ հայտնաբերվել են կրակոցի և արնանման հետքեր։ Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ վիրավորը Վանաձորի բնակիչ Սամվել Մաթևոսյանն է, ում Վանաձորում ավելի շատ ճանաչում են «Բաքսյոր Սամո»։

Փաստի առթիվ Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ՀՀ քր.օր-ի 34-104 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ։ Հաշվի առնելով հանցագործության վտանգավորության աստիճանը՝ ժամանել է նաև Լոռու մարզի դատախազը։ Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ հրազենային վնասվածքներով հիվանդանոց տեղափոխված Ս. Մաթևոսյանը 35 տարեկան է և նա երեկ իր վարած BMW մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով Վանաձոր-Դիլիջան ավտոճանապարհին վթարի էր ենթարկվել, ինչի հետևանքով ուղևորներ՝ Վանաձորի բնակիչներ, 32-ամյա Հրայր Հովսեփյանն ու 21-ամյա Արտյոմ Մադոյանը մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել էին «Վանաձոր» բժշկական կենտրոն, որտեղ ժամեր անց Ա. Մադոյանը, գիտակցության չգալով, մահացել էր։ Իրավապահները վարկածներից մեկով քննում են նաև, թե արդյո՞ք երեկվա ողբերգական ավտովթարն ու այսօրվա կրակոցները կապ ունեն իրար հետ։

Ինչպես ավելի վաղ հայտնել էր SHAMSHYAN.com-ը, երեկ՝ մարտի 22-ին, խոշոր ավտովթար էր տեղի ունեցել Լոռու մարզում: Ժամը 18:30-ի սահմաններում BMW մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան Վանաձոր-Դիլիջան ավտոճանապարհի 3-րդ կմ հատվածում, դեռևս անհայտ հանգամանքներում, դուրս էր եկել ճանապարհի երթևեկելի գոտուց, բախվել ծառերին, մի քանի պտույտ շրջվելով՝ հայտնվել դաշտում:

Վթարի հետևանքով 3 հոգի օպերատիվորեն վթարի վայր ժամանած Վանաձորի բժշկական կենտրոնի բժիշկների կողմից նախ տեղում առաջին բուժօգնությունն էին ստացել, ապա տեղափոխվել «Վանաձոր» բժշկական կենտրոն:
