Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը «Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղի» ՓԲԸ տնօրեն Վիկտոր Ռեբեցի և պաշտոնատար այլ անձանց հետ ներկա է գտնվել «Կայարանի շուկայի» բացման հանդիսավոր արարողությանը: Այն կառուցվել է «Սասունցի Դավիթ» կայարանի հարևանությամբ նախկինում գործող շուկայի տեղում, որը շուրջ 20 տարի համարվում էր Երևանում գործող գյուղմթերքի ամենամատչելի շուկան: «Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղի» ՓԲԸ տնօրենի ուղեկցությամբ Երևանի քաղաքապետը շրջել և ծանոթացել է շուկայի պայմաններին, զրուցել գյուղմթերք վաճառողների, ինչպես նաև գնորդների հետ: Օգտվելով առիթից՝ ինչպես վաճառողները, այնպես էլ գնորդներն իրենց գոհունակությունն են հայտնել շուկայում ստեղծված հարմարավետ պայմանների համար: Տարոն Մարգարյանին ներկայացնելով կատարած աշխատանքը՝ Վիկտոր Ռեբեցը նշել է, որ շուկան հիմնովին կառուցվել է եվրոպական չափանիշներին համապատասխան, նաև ընդգծել է, որ դա լրացուցիչ որևէ ազդեցություն չի կարող ունենալ վաճառվող գյուղմթերքի գների թանկացման վրա: Ընդհանուր առմամբ կատարվել է շուրջ 800 մլն դրամի ներդրում, ապահովվել են հիմնական 250 աշխատատեղեր, որոնք կավելանան շուկայի ընդլայնման հետ մեկտեղ: Նաև նշվել է, որ այս շուկան Երևանում միակն է, որը ձմռանը ջեռուցվում է, նաև ունի ջեռուցվող հատակ, իսկ ամռան ամիսներին՝ կհովացվի: Շուկայի պատերն էլ կառուցված են այնպիսի շինանյութով, որը -40-ից +40 Ցելսիուս ջերմաստիճանում ապահովում է աշխատանքային անհրաժեշտ պայմաններ: Բացի այդ, կարևորվել է նաև երկաթգծի առկայությունը, ինչը անմիջական և ամենօրյա կապ է ապահովում Արարատի և Արմավիրի մարզի գյուղացիների համար, ովքեր իրենց բերքը առավելագույն թարմությամբ հասցնում են անմիջապես շուկա, ինչով և պայմանավորվում է «Կայարանի շուկայում» գյուղմթերքի վաճառքի անհամեմատ ցածր գինն ու թարմությունը: Տարվա եղանակով պայմանավորված, շուրջ 400-600 գյուղացիների համար բերքի ամենօրյա իրացման նպատակով, ըստ էության, ստեղծված է առևտրային հարթակ:
Կարևորելով շուկայի գործունեությունը՝ քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանն ընդգծել է, որ քաղաքապետարանը ողջունում է նմանատիպ նախաձեռնություններն ու նաև, ելնելով բնակիչների պահանջարկից, հատկացրել ու պատրաստ է մայրաքաղաքի վարչական շրջաններում համապատասխան նոր տարածքներ ևս հատկացնել գյուղմթերքի շուկաների կազմակերպման համար:
«Սա քաղաքապետարանի և մասնավոր հատվածի միջև համագործակցության հերթական լավ օրինակներից մեկն է: Մենք ողջունում և խրախուսում ենք նմանատիպ նախաձեռնությունները: Ինքներդ եք տեսնում, թե ինչպիսի պայմաններ են ստեղծված, և մենք աշխատելու ենք, որ մայրաքաղաքի բոլոր շուկաներում ունենանք թե՛ վաճառողի և թե՛ գնորդի համար այսպիսի հարմարավետ պայմաններ: Սա ոչ միայն գյուղացիների համար առանց միջնորդի իրենց արտադրանքը վաճառելու լավ հնարավորություն է, այլև մայրաքաղաքի բնակչությանն է հնարավորություն ընձեռում առավել մատչելի գներով ձեռք բերելու գյուղացիական արտադրության սննդամթերքը: Բացի այդ, նաև շատ ուրախալի է, որ այստեղ ստեղծված է մոտ 300 հիմնական աշխատատեղ և որ այն դեռևս ավելանալու միտում ունի: Իսկ որ դա սոցիալական կարևոր նշանակություն ունի, կասկածից վեր է»,- շեշտել է քաղաքապետը:
Շուրջ 5000 քմ տարածք զբաղեցնող շուկան բաղկացած է մեծածախ և մանրածախ առևտրի համար նախատեսված սրահներից: Մեծածախ առևտուրն իրականացվելու է գիշերային ժամերին, որտեղից կարող են գնումներ կատարել ցանկացող բոլոր քաղաքացիները, իսկ առավոտյան ժամերից սկսած մինչև երեկոյան ժամը 8-ը գործում է մանրածախ հիմնական շուկան, որտեղ վաճառք են իրականացնում ինչպես վերավաճառողները, այնպես էլ այն գյուղացիները, ովքեր չեն հասցրել գիշերն իրացնել իրենց բերքը, կամ պարզապես ցանկանում են անմիջապես իրենք վաճառել այն:
Այնուհետ, չմերժելով «Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղի» ՓԲԸ տնօրենի հրավերը, քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը շրջել է Երևանի կայարանի վերանորոգված շենքում, ծանոթացել ստեղծված պայմաններին: Քաղաքապետն այցելել է նաև կայարանի շենքում գործող Հայաստանի երկաթուղու թանգարան, ծանոթացել հայկական երկաթուղու պատմության մասին պատմող ցուցանմուշներին: «Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղի» ՓԲԸ տնօրեն Վիկտոր Ռեբեցը քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանին Երևանի և հայկական երկաթուղու խորհրդանիշներով հուշամեդալ է հանձնել:
