ՀՀ ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Վահե Էնֆիաջյանն ապրիլի 2-ին ընդունեց  Հայաստանում Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգների  արտակարգ եւ լիազոր դեսպան Լին Թրեյսիին: ԱԺ փոխնախագահը շնորհակալություն հայտնեց Հայաստանում եւ Արցախում ԱՄՆ օժանդակությամբ  իրականացված բազմաթիվ ծրագրերի համար:

Էնֆիաջյանը նաեւ տեղեկացրեց, որ Ադրբեջանն անտեսում է գերիների եւ ռազմագերիների փոխանակման հարցում ձեռք բերված «բոլորը բոլորի դիմաց»  եռակողմ հայտարարությամբ ամրագրված սկզբունքը:  Դեսպան Լին Թրեյսին նշեց, որ իրենք ադրբեջանական իշխանությունների հետ այս ուղղությամբ  աշխատանքներ են տանում`  հորդորելով հնարավորինս շուտ վերադարձնել պահվող անձանց: Ըստ նրա` եղել են նաեւ որոշակի արձագանքներ. մասնավորապես, Կարմիր խաչ միջազգային կազմակերպության ներկայացուցիչները  կարողացել են տեսակցել Հադրութից գերեվարված զինծառայողներին:  Բացի գերիների եւ ռազմագերիների վերադարձի հետ կապված հարցից, ԱՄՆ դեսպանությունը փորձում է աջակցել նաեւ զոհվածների աճյունների նույնականացման հարցում՝ համագործակցելով ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության հետ: «Այսպիսի մոտ 100 դեպք կա»,-հստակեցրեց  դեսպանը:  Նա նաեւ իրազեկեց, որ ԱՄՆ-ն հետպատերազմական շրջանում 5 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլարի աջակցության ծրագրեր է իրականացրել  պատերազմից տուժած արցախցիների  համար:
