«Վերջին օրերին ՌԴ-ն ակտիվացրել է շփումները Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների հետ տարբեր մակարդակներում: Գուցե դա պայմանավորված է եռակողմ ապաշրջափակման բանակցություններում առանցքային հանգրվանով կամ թյուրքալեզու երկրների խորհրդում Ադրբեջանի նախագահի համարձակ հայտարարություններով, պարզ կդառնա առաջիկայում:

Սակայն ՌԴ ակտիվացումն արտահայտվեց թե՛ նախօրեին ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովի հանդիպումներով Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարարների հետ, թե՛ ՌԴ փոխվարչապետ Ալեքսեյ Օվերչուկի՝ Երևան և Բաքու կատարած այցերով, ինչպես նաև ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հեռախոսազրույցներով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և Իլհամ Ալիևի հետ:

ՀՀ-ում թավշյա հեղափոխություն կոչվող քաղաքական իրադարձությունից հետո բազմիցս ենք գրել Փաշինյան-Պուտին շփումների, հատկապես՝ հեռախոսազրույցների, դրանց բովանդակության, տոնայնության, հաճախականության կամ ընդհանրապես որոշակի շրջաններում՝ նույնիսկ բացակայության մասին:

Հերթական ուշագրավ և խոսուն դրվագը, որը ցույց է տալիս Պուտինի, Կրեմլի վերաբերմունքը հայաստանյան իշխանության նկատմամբ, Պուտինի հեռախոսազրույցներն են Փաշինյանի ու Ալիևի հետ: Պուտին-Փաշինյան հեռախոսազրույցը հայկական կողմի նախաձեռնությամբ տեղի ունեցավ մարտի 26-ին, իսկ Պուտին-Ալիև զրույցը՝ ապրիլի 1-ին, ըստ երևույթին, ռուսական կողմի նախաձեռնությամբ:

Կրեմլի պաշտոնական կայքում տեղադրված երկու հաղորդագրություններում նկատվող տարբերություններն այն դեպքում, երբ Կրեմլը պաշտոնապես ավանդաբար ձգտել է պահպանել պարիտետը Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարների միջև շփումներում, աչքի են զարնում:

Նախ՝ Փաշինյան-Պուտին գրեթե բոլոր հեռախոսազրույցների հաղորդագրություններում ռուսական կողմը նշում է, որ հեռախոսազրույցը հայկական կողմի նախաձեռնությամբ է՝ դրանով իսկ շեշտելով, որ զանգահարողը, այդ հարաբերություններից ինչ-որ բան ակնկալողը Փաշինյանն է, Կրեմլը որևէ որակում և գնահատական չի տալիս նաև հայ-ռուսական հարաբերություններին, ինչը ուշագրավ փաստ է:

Վերջին հաղորդագրությունը նաև շատ հակիրճ էր. «ԼՂ-ի շուրջ տիրող իրավիճակը քննարկելիս գոհունակությամբ նշվել է, որ իրավիճակը տարածաշրջանում կայունացել է և ընդհանուր առմամբ հանգիստ է։ Մտքեր են փոխանակվել երկկողմ հարաբերությունների ակտուալ հարցերի շուրջ, մասնավորապես՝ էներգետիկ ոլորտը և կորոնավիրուսային վարակի դեմ պայքարը: Պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել հետագա շփումների վերաբերյալ»»,-գրում է թերթը:
