«Հանրային կապերի և տեղեկատվության կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ը, որն առավել հայտ­նի է որպես իշխանական ֆեյքերի ՊՈԱԿ անունով, կրկին մնաց առանց տնօրե­նի:

Լիլի Մինասյանն ազատվել է վերոնշյալ ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրենի պաշտոնից՝ իր մեկնաբանմամբ անձնա­կան պատճառներով, իսկ մամուլում տարածված տե­ղեկությունների համաձայն՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Ար­սեն Թորոսյանի հետ ունեցած կոնֆ­լիկտի պատճառով: Սակայն, «Իրավուն­քին» այլ ուշագրավ մանրամասներ են հայտնի դարձել:

Ըստ իշխանական կու­լիսներում շրջանառվող շշուկների՝ ՔՊ- ում կադրային ռեբրենդինգ է սկսվել: Մասնավորապես խնդիր է դրված ազատվել նրանցից, ովքեր համարվում են ԱԺ նախագահ Արարատ Միրզոյանի բերած կադրերը, որոնցից էր նաև Լիլի Մինասյանը: Եվ ընդհանրապես Արա­րատ Միրզոյանին սկսել են թիմում յուրային չընկալել՝ իզոլացնելով իրենց շարքե­րից:

Ըստ նույն խոսակցու­թյունների՝ այսպիսի վերա­բերմունքը սկսվել է դեռևս ԱԺ նախագահին ծեծի են­թարկելուց հետո: Նույնիսկ իշխանական թիմում հնչում են տեսակետներ, որ եթե այսօր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին կա­ռավարության մի շենքից մյուսը ուղեկցում են ոստի­կանական անթիվ և անհամար զորքեր, ապա միանշանակ կարելի էր այդ կրիտի­կական օրը նախատեսել և ապահովել Միրզոյան Արոյի անվտանգությունը:

Սա­կայն, ինչ-ինչ պատճառներով նրան պետք էր լռեցնել, որ տեղն իմանա: Հիմա ևս դրված է նույն խնդիրը, իշխող թիմում մտահոգված են, որ արտահերթ ընտրու­թյուններին ընդառաջ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հրաժարականից հետո, Արարատ Միրզոյանը կարող է ինչ-որ չնախատեսված «խաղեր տալ»»,-գրում է թերթը:
