«Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը հայտարարել էր, թե Հայաստանի ցանկա­ցած քաղաքական գործիչ ինքնահաստատման առումով այս փուլում, կեղծ հայրենասիրա­կան օրակարգով փորձում է մեղադրել իրենց, իբր պատրաստվում են ինչ-որ գործարքներ իրականացնել՝ ինչ-որ նպատակներով: «Ուզում եմ այդ կեղծ հայրենասերներին հարցնել՝ ուր էին, երր Կարմիր Շուկան ավելի քան 15 օր վտանգված էր, և ամեն մի վայրկյան հակառակորդը փորձում էր զավթել, խլել Կարմիր Շուկան... Մենք Կարմիր Շուկայում 150 տուն ենք կառուցում, և այդ մարդիկ մեզ մեղադրում են, որ Կարմիր Շուկան պատրաստվում ենք հանձնել», - ասել էր Հարությունյանը:

Իսկ թե իրականում ինչ է կատարվում Կարմիր Շուկա­յում, «Իրավունքը» հետաքրքրվեց ԱՀ Արցախի «Արդարություն» խմբակցության պատգա­մավոր Մետաքսե Հակոբյանից:

Վերջերս ենք եղել Կար­միր Շուկա­յում, երբ մոտենում էինք, ադրբեջանա­կան բեռնատարների մեծ շարասյուն նկատեցինք, որոնք, փաստորեն, նույն ճանապարհով էին անցնում, ինչ մենք: Պատ­կերացնո՞ւմ եք՝ Շոշ գյուղի հենց մեջտե­ղով է անց­նում ճանապարհը, իսկ մի կողմում դպրոցն է: Այսինքն՝ այդ մեքենաներն անցնելու էին հենց անմիջապես դպրոցի կող­քով, և երեխաները պատուհաններից ամեն օր տեսնում են այդ պատկերը:

Այդ ճանա­պարհը միասին օգտագործում են, այսինքն՝ երեխաներն անցնում են նույն ճանապարհը, որով անցնում են թշնամու մեքենաների շա­րասյունը: Իհարկե, այդ շարասյանն ուղեկ­ցում էին ռուս խաղաղապահները: Իսկ Կար­միր Շուկայում հենց գյուղի միջով էլի անցնում է ճանապարհ։ Երբ այնտեղ էինք, այդ օրը արևոտ եղանակ էր, և տղամարդիկ, կանայք, երեխաները, բոլորը դրսում էին, իսկ այդ մե­քենաներն անցնում են...

Երբ խոսում էինք գյուղացիների հետ, ասացին, որ անցնելիս ծիծաղում են մեքենաների միջից և անընդ­հատ նկարում են: Գիտեք, սա ոչ թե տհաճ, այլ անհասկանալի երևույթ է քաղաքացու հա­մար, բայց երբ վերլուծում ես, հասկանում ես, որ Հայաստանի այսօրվա իշխանությունները, պարզապես, դեռևս տարիներ առաջ էր ասել այն, ինչ տեղի ունեցավ: Հանրությունը լուրջ չէր վերաբերվում, որ ասում էին պետք է ադր­բեջանցիների հետ ապրել, պետք է և տնտե­սական հարաբերություններ ունենալ նրանց հետ, ինչպես մնացած բոլոր պետությունների հետ: Այսօր, փաստորեն, սա իրականանում է Արցախում»,-գրում է թերթը:
