Այսօր՝ ապրիլի 11-ին, կրակոց  է հնչել Կոտայքի մարզում:  Այս մասին հայտնում է SHAMSHYAN.com-ը: 
Ժամը 02:30-ի սահմաններում «Աբովյան» բժշկական կենտրոնից ոստիկանության Կոտայքի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Աբովյանի հիվանդանոցի  բժիշկների հերթապահ   խումբը հրազենային  վնասվածքներով իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխել մի քաղաքացու:   Հիվանդանոց  են մեկնել ոստիկանության Կոտայքի մարզային վարչության պետ  Արթուր Զոհրաբյանը, ոստիկանության Կոտայքի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ  Սարիբեկ Ռուստամյանի գլխավորությամբ:  Ժամանել է նաև Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնի խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ  Գառնիկ Մաթևոսյանի և հատկապես կարևոր գործերով ավագ քննիչ  Տիգրան Բաղյանի գլխավորությամբ: Հիվանդանոցում բժիշկները ոստիկաններին և քննիչներին հայտնել են, որ վիրավորը ի վիճակի չէ կատարվածի մասին բացատրություն տալու և Աբովյանի  բժիշկների կողմից տեղում առաջին  անհրաժեշտ  բուժօգնությունը ստանալուց հետո նրան տեղափոխել են Երևանի «Արմենիա» բժշկական կենտրոն: 
 Ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները պարզել են, որ վիրավորը  Աբովյան քաղաքի բնակիչ,  19-ամյա Արմեն Պողոսյանն է, ով հրազենային վնասվածքներ է ստացել Աբովյան քաղաքի՝ ժողովրդին հայտնի «բենզինների կալցավոյից» դեպի «Ֆեմիլի Ֆուդ» հացատան հարևանությամբ: Ֆոտոլրագրողի  տեղեկություններով՝ տղայի կյանքը հնարավոր է եղել փրկել շնորհիվ Աբովյանի հիվանդանոցի բժիշկների, ովքեր մեկ այլ կանչով դեպքի վայր մեկնելիս են եղել, երբ նկատել են քաղաքացուն գետնին ընկած, մոտեցել ու շտապ առաջին օգնությունն են ցուցաբերել և  տեղափոխել հիվանդանոց:  Տեղում  քննչական աշխատանքները ղեկավարող Տ. Բաղյանի որոշմամբ ՀՀ քր օրի  112 հոդվածի  1-ին մասի և 235 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ:  
Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը ձեռնարկում են անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական և քննչական համատեղ գործողություններ՝ հանցագործություն կատարած անձին, հանցագործության  գործիք հանդիսացող հրազենը հայտնաբերելու  ուղղությամբ:
 Գ Շամշյանի  տեղեկություններով՝ ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժիը պարզել  են, թե հանցագործություն կատարողը կամ կատարողները ինչ մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով են դեպքի վայրից դիմել փախուստի:
