«Պետությունների գոյության հիմքում ընկած են ֆորմալ ու ոչ ֆորմալ օրենքները, բայց հավասարապես նաև՝ բնական ու բանական օրինաչափությունները։ Հայաստանը, սակայն, ոչ այնքան օրենքների ու օրինաչափությունների, որքան բացառությունների երկիր է։ Բացառությունների երկիր լինելով՝ հակասությունների ու անհեթեթությունների երկիր է։

Անհեթեթությունների պետություն լինելով՝ նաև անհեթեթների ու նրանց իշխանության երկիր է, բնականաբար։

Բոլոր այս և այլ անոմալ հատկանիշներով, Հայաստանը բացառություն է այն իմաստով, որ այլ հավասար պայմաններում նման որակներով պետություն չպետք է գոյություն ունենար, բայց դեռ ունի։ Ի հեճուկս բոլոր պետականաքանդների ու օտարասպասարկ իշխանազավթների։

Պետությունը, որպես ինստիտուցիա, դեռևս գոյատևում է հիմնականում իներցիայով, ամեն օրվա հետ սպառելով դիմադրողականության ռեսուրսները։
Քանդարարության մասշտաբներն են սարսափելի։

Եվ ահա ի հեճուկս գոյատևող այս պետությունն ապրում է դրսևորումներով, որոնք արդարացիորեն կարող են տեղ գտնել պետությունների քանդման մասին պատմող  դասագրքերում։

Ահա այդ ձեռնարկներում՝ որպես օրինակ, անհրաժեշտաբար կարող են տեղ գտնել պատումներ այն մասին, որ Հայաստանը պետություն է, որի Ազգային անվտանգության խորհուրդը զբաղված է պետական գաղտնիքի հրապարակմամբ։

Հայաստանը նաև մի երկիր է, որի Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունն ամուսին փոխող անառակի պես՝ զբաղված է ղեկավար փոխելով։ Հայաստանը նաև խոսքից հետ կանգնող գեներալիտետ ունեցող պետություն է, կգրվի, անշուշտ, այդ դասագրքում։

Ու նաև պետություն է, որի ոստիկանության շարքերը համալրվում են աշխատանքի տեղավորման էժանագին հայտարարությամբ…

Կպատմվի երևի նաև այն մասին, որ ահա այս երկրում դատավորներից իշխանությունը սիրում է հատկապես վնգստացողներին։ Ու թշնամիներից ատում է հատկապես ներքիններին՝ կարեկցանքի շիթեր արձակելով արտաքին թշնամիների ուղղությամբ։

Կնկարագրվի հաստատ նաև, որ Հայաստանը ճղճղան թափորով գերեզման գնացող իշխանություն ունեցող երկիր է, որտեղ պատերազմի զոհերը հաշվվում են հարսանիքի հյուրերի ցուցակի հանգույն՝ պլյուս-մինուսով, և ծափահարում են նրան, ում հաշվարկների պատճառով նաև զոհերն անհաշվելի են, կորյալները՝ անգտնելի, գերիները՝ անվերադարձելի։

Դասագրքերում այդ կներկայացվի նաև պետության հետ օրգանապես անհամատեղելի մի մտագարի կերպար, ով մոդերացնում է վերը նշված ու չնշված բոլոր անհեթեթությունները։ Ու վերջում նաև կպատմվի հարկավ, որ կոնտրաստների այս երկրում պատրաստվում են ընտրությունների, որի արդյունքները հաշվելու են մինչև վերջին քվեն, որովհետև քվեն իշխանություն է ապահովում, իսկ սպանված զինվորը՝ գլխացավանք ու հաշվարկի անհարմարություն։

Այդ ձեռնարկի վերջում կարող է տեղ գտնել նաև Հայաստանի մահախոսականը կամ ռեքվիեմը, որը գրվում է հենց հիմա, հենց այս օրերին։ Պետությունը սպանողների հոտնկայս ու անմեղսունակ ծափահարությունների ներքո»,-գրում է թերթը:
