Հանրապետության նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանն ու Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանն այցելել են Սյունիքի մարզի Ճակատեն գյուղ: Այցի ընթացքում բնակիչները տեղեկացրել են, որ Կապանից Ճակատեն, Շիկահող ու այլ գյուղեր տանող ճանապարհին ադրբեջանական զինվորականների ներկայության պատճառով խուսափում են հատկապես երեկոյան ժամերին այդ ճանապարհով երթևեկելուց, տեղեկացնում է ՄԻՊ մամուլի ծառայությունը:

Ադրբեջանցի զինվորականները սպառնում են գյուղերի բնակիչների ֆիզիկական անվտանգությանը: Այդ ճանապարհին առկա են ցուցանակներ ու դրոշներ, որն էլ պատրվակ է ծառայում զինվորականների տեղակայման համար:

Դա խաթարել է խաղաղ բնակիչների ազատ տեղաշարժն այդ ճանապարհով: Այս ամենի պատճառով գյուղացիներն անգամ կենսական կարիքների համար (օրինակ՝ աշխատանքի կամ բժշկական հաստատություն մեկնելը կամ վերադարձը) ստիպված են ձեռնպահ մնալ երեկոյան ժամերին այդ ճանապարհով երթևեկելուց՝ իրենց ու ընտանիքների անվտանգության նկատառումներից ելնելով:

Ավելին, գյուղերի բնակիչների և համայնքային մարմինների տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ գյուղերի անմիջական հարևանությամբ շարունակվում են արձանագրվել կրակոցների դեպքեր: Ըստ ահազանգերի՝ կրակոցները պարզ լսվում են գյուղերում, նպատակ ունեն ահաբեկել խաղաղ բնակիչներին ու առաջին հերթին երեխաներին ու կանանց:

Անվտանգային ու սոցիալական խնդիրներ ևս բնակիչները ներկայացրել են Հանրապետության նախագահին ու Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանին:

Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը վերահաստատել է իր դիրքորոշումը, որ պատերազմից հետ ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի տեղակայումները, այդ թվում՝ դրոշներն ու ցուցանակները զուրկ են իրավական որևէ հիմքից, պետք է հեռանան այդ վայրերից և ստեղծվի ապառազմականացված անվտանգության գոտի:

Այդ խնդրին անդրադարձել է նաև հանրապետության նախագահը:

ՀՀ նախագահի և ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմերը կամփոփեն համատեղ այցի արդյունքները և ըստ իրավասության՝ կձեռնարկվեն համապատասխան քայլեր, այդ թվում՝ համատեղ:
