ԱՄՆ-ն զգուշացնում է Սյունիքի մարզի հարցով

ԱՄՆ նախագահ Ջո Բայդենը մտադիր է Առաջին համաշխարհային պատերազմի ժամանակ Օսմանյան կայսրությունում հայերի ջարդերը ճանաչել ցեղասպանություն։ Այս մասին հայտնել են մի շարք լրատվամիջոցներ, այդ թվում՝ Ուոլ Սթրիթ Ջըրնալը և Ռոյթերս գործակալությունը՝ հղում անելով Բայդենի վարչակազմում աղբյուրներին։ Ըստ ամենայնի, ԱՄՆ նախագահն այդ մասին կհայտարարի ապրիլի 24-ին՝ Հայոց ցեղասպանության զոհերի հիշատակի օրը։

Թուրքիայի ԱԳ նախարար Մեւլյութ Չավուշօղլուն հայտարարել է, որ եթե ԱՄՆ-ն ուզում է փչացնել Թուրքիայի հետ հարաբերությունները, իր գործն է։ Բայդենը փչացնելու բան էլ չունի։ Մինչ օրս Բայդենի ու Էրդողանի զրույց տեղի չի ունեցել։ Ավելին, Էրդողանի արբանյակ Ալիեւը բողոքել է, որ պետքարտուղար Բլինքենը զանգել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, բայց այդպես էլ չի խոսել իր հետ, «խախտելով հավասարակշռությունը»։

«Աջակցությունը, որը պատերազմի առաջին ժամերին ստացանք մեր թանկագին ընկեր Էրդողանից, ոգեշնչեց մեզ ու ապահովեց որոշ արտաքին ուժերի չմիջամտելը», վերջերս ասել է Ալիեւը։

Նա նկատի ուներ ԱՄՆ-ին ու նախկին նախագահ Թրամփի՞ն, որի չմիջամտելը թույլ տվեց ռուս-թուրքական դաշինքին ահաբեկչական գործողություններ իրականացնել Հայաստանի դեմ Արցախում։ Երեկ Հայաստանում ԱՄՆ դեսպան Լինն Թրեյսին Սյունիքի մարզում էր, որտեղ մի շարք հանդիպումներ է ունեցել։ Հայաստանում ԱՄՆ դեսպանատան հայտարարությունում նշված է, որ Սյունիքի մարզն ամենաշատն է տուժել կրկնակի հարվածից՝ համավարակից ու պատերազմից։ Հայաստանի պաշտոնյաների հետ զրույցում դեսպան Թրեյսին նշել է, որ ԱՄՆ-ն շարունակական աջակցություն է ցուցաբերելու մարզի զարգացմանը։

ԱՄՆ-ն չի կարող անմասն մնալ Սյունիքի մարզին։ Այստեղով անցնում է Հայաստանի ու Իրանի սահմանը, այստեղ է կտրվում «թյուրքական աշխարհը»։ Այստեղ է պատրաստվում «Մեղրիի միջանցքը» Ռուսաստանի ԱԴԾ վերահսկողությանը փոխանցելու ծրագիրը, ինչը հավասար է Հայաստանի հարավային սահմանի եւ ինքնիշխանության կորստին։ Երկրի ղեկավարությունը հավաստիացնում է, որ Սյունիքի մարզում ցանկացած հաղորդակցություն ինքնիշխան է լինելու, եւ դրանց վրա տարածվելու է Հայաստանի իրավազորությունը։ Միեւնույն ժամանակ, խոսվում է հաղորդակցությունների անվտանգությունը ռուսական ԱԴԾ-ին պատվիրակելու մասին։

ԱՄՆ դեսպանի այցը Սյունիք ուղերձ է Ալիեւին ու Էրդողանին, որ ԱՄՆ-ն անտարբեր չէ սպառնալիքների հարցում։ Այդ սպառնալիքներին արձագանքն ստիպել է Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ին «սվաղել» Ալիեւի հայտարարությունները։

ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարի տեղակալի թեկնածու Վիկտորյա Նուլանդը Սենատում լսումների ժամանակ հայտարարել է, որ ԱՄՆ-ն պետք է մարդասիրական օգնություն տրամադրի Արցախին, այդ թվում՝ ականազերծման հարցում, ինչպես նաեւ վստահ լինի, որ ապահովվում է Հայաստանի ինքնիշխանությունն ու տարածքային ամբողջականությունը։ ԱՄՆ դեսպանի այցը Սյունիքի մարզ նույնպես նախազգուշացում է Ջո Բայդենի՝ ցեղասպանություն բառն արտասանելու եւ «Թուրքիայի հետ հարաբերությունները» փչացնելու մտադրության ֆոնին։
