Հայաստանի Վարչապետն, իր ընտրվելուց անմիջապես հետո՝ նույն օրն իր աշխատասենյակում, հրապարակավ, պաշտոնապես պետք է հայտարարի Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտաքին քաղաքականության կողմնորոշվածության մասին, այսինքն՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն արտաքին քաղաքականության մեջ ինչպիսի ուղղվածություն է որդեգրում. դեպի արևմո՞ւտք, դեպի Եվրամիությո՞ւն, դեպի ՆԱՏՕ՞, թե՞ դեպի Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն, Հավաքական Անվտանգության Պայմանագրի Կազմակերպություն և Եվրասիական Տնտեսական Միություն, և, կամ թե՛ մեկը, և թե՛ մյուսը, որից էլ կախված է լինելու Հայոց պետության ու Հայ ժողովրդի արտաքին անվտանգության բարձր մակարդակը:
Ձեզ եմ ներկայացնում «Հայոց Արծիվներ. Միասնական Հայաստան» կուսակցության՝ Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքականությանը վերաբերող կողմնորոշվածությունը:

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ռազմաքաղաքական և տնտեսական արտաքին գործունեությունը միայն ու միայն պետք է լինի Հավաքական Անվտանգության Պայմանագրի Կազմակերպության (ՀԱՊԿ) և Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության (ԵԱՏՄ) հետ:
