Քիչ առաջ ավարտվեց ՀՀԿ Գործադիր մարմնի հերթական նիստը, որը վարում էր ՀՀԿ նախագահ, ՀՀ երրորդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը։ Այս մասին հայտարարություն է տարածել Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցությունը։

Այս մասին հայտարարություն է տարածել Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցության Գործադիր մարմինը։

Նիստի ընթացքում քննարկվել են ներքաղաքական կյանքին վերաբերող մի շարք հարցեր, ինչպես նաեւ Հայաստանի եւ Արցախի շահերին առնչվող տարածաշրջանային զարգացումներ։

Կարծիքներ են փոխանակվել հնարավոր արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների հանդեպ Հանրապետականի վերաբերմունքի, մասնակցության նպատակահարմարության եւ ձեւաչափերի վերաբերյալ։

Արդյունքում հաշվի առնելով կապիտուլյանտին իշխանությունից հեռացնելու կենսական հրամայականը, այդ նպատակի համար բոլոր միջոցների եւ ջանքերի գործադրման կարեւորությունը, ընդդիմադիր դաշտի վերջին զարգացումները, Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցությունը որոշում է կայացրել Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ կազմակերպելու դեպքում մասնակցել այդ համապետական գործընթացին։

Մասնակցության հնարավոր ձեւաչափերի եւ համագործակցային առկա առաջարկությունների ամփոփման արդյունքում որոշվել է նախընտրական դաշինքի կազմավորման գործընթաց մեկնարկել «Հայրենիք» կուսակցության հետ։

Միաժամանակ արձանագրվել են գործող դավադիր վարչակազմի հակասահմանադրական, հակաօրինական, միահեծան եւ ռեպրեսիվ գործողությունները, որոնք անվստահության եւ ապալեգիտիմացման ական են դնում այս գործընթացի տակ։
