Զենքի մատակարարման չարաշահումների գործով փետրվարի 2-ից կալանավորված է Դավիթ Գալստյանը:  Ինչպես հայտնի է, նրանից բացի, կալանքի տակ է գտնվում նաև  ընկերության տնօրեն Արմեն Բաղդասարյանը: Փաստաբան Արմեն Հարությունյանը նշել է, որ Բաղդասարյանը ընկերության տնօրեն է նշանակված, բայց խորհրդի նախագահը Դավիթ Գասպարյանն է, որն էլ  զբաղվում է  զենքի մատակարարմաբ, բանակցում, որոշումներ ընդունում: Մատակարարման հետ կապված վկաների ցուցմունքներում հստակ գրված է, որ իրենք Արմեն Բաղդասարյանին չեն ճանաչում, երբևէ չեն տեսել նրան, որովհետև հիմնական գործող անձը եղել է Դավիթ Գասպարյանը:

  Մեղադրանքն ու կալանքն անօրինական են.  վստահ է փաստաբանը, և կալանավորվածների հարցով ՄԻԵԴ ներկայացվելիք փաթեթն արդեն պատրաստ է:

  Արմեն Բաղդասարյանի կալանավորման հարցով խախտումներ են արձանագրվել. վստահ է Արմեն Հարությունյանը: Վերջերս Արմեն Բաղդասարյանը Պաշտպանության նախարարի կողմից պարգևատրվել է պատվոգրով՝ պատերազմի ժամանակ հայկական ԶՈՒ-ին ցուցաբերած օգնության համար: «Այդ նույն Արմեն Բաղդասարյանն արդեն երեք ամիս գտնվում է  կալանքի տակ: Անհերքելի փաստեր կան, որոնք ապացուցում են, որ Արմեն Բաղդասարյանը զենքի մատակարարման հետ կապ չունի, գործը խարդախության հանցակազմ չի պարունակում:

  Մի կողմից Պաշտպանության նախարարությունը շնորհակալություն է հայտնում նրան՝ պատերազմի ժամանակ ցույց տված օգնության համար, մյուս կողմից համարում են, որ նա խարդախ է: Սա աբսուրդ է: Վաղ թե ուշ՝ այս ամենն իր պատասխանը կունենա: Այս գործընթացում ներգրավված պաշտոնատար անձինք պատասխանատվություն  են կրելու: Գնալու ենք մինչև վերջ. մեր ձեռքին կլինեն խախտումների փաստերը՝ արձանագրված միջազգային ատյանների կողմից»,- նշեց փաստաբան Արմեն Հարությունյանը:

Նա անտրամաբանական է համարում նաև Դավիթ Գասպարյանին կալանքի տակ պահելու փաստը: Ադրբեջանի նախագահն է անգամ ասել, որ պատերազմի ժամանակ Դավիթ Գասպարյանը զենքեր է մատակարարել Հայաստանին, ուստի նա պետք է կալանավորվի ու պատժվի: «Չի կարող հայրենիքին նվիրված մարդը խարդախ լինել: Ասում են՝ մեկ միլիոն դոլար է յուրացրել  Դավիթ Գասպարյանը: Մենք էլ ասում ենք՝  բայց չէ՞ որ դրա դիմաց նա զենք է  տվել, որը պատերազմի ժամանակ օգտագործվել է: Սա իրավական նոնսենս է, մեղադրանքը կոտրող փաստերը շատ ծանրակշիռ են»,- ավելացրեց փաստաբանը:
