Омбудсмен Армении: 2020 год стал для нашего офиса беспрецедентно загруженным

2020 год стал для офиса омбудсмена Армении беспрецедентно загруженным. Если в 2015 году только обращений и жалоб было 5214, в 2016 – 5113, то в 2020 году количество лишь заявлений и жалоб, а также собственных инициатив достигло порядка 15 тысяч. Об этом на заседании Национального Собрания Армении в ходе обсуждения годового отчета о проделанной офисом омбудсмена за 2020 год работе заявил 6 мая Защитник прав человека республики Арман Татоян.

По его словам, в сравнении с 2015 и 2016 годами количество звонков на горячую линию увеличилось более чем в 6 раз.

Омбудсмен также отметил, что права человека, такие как назначение пенсий, исчисление трудового стажа, определение инвалидности и так далее постоянно нарушаются из-за плохого администрирования в сфере социального обеспечения. «Имеется недобросовестное отношение и безответственное поведение по отношению к пенсионерам и другим бенефициарам», - пояснил Татоян.
