«Փաշինյան Նիկոլի անօրինական գործողություններն արտահերթ ընտրությունում կարող են ունենալ ողբերգական հետևանքներ, իսկ հետընտրական գործընթացները կարող են ընթանալ քաղաքացիական բախումներով՝ ընդհուպ մինչև արյունահեղություն»: Այս նախազգուշացման հեղինակը «Հայոց Արծիվներ. Միասնական Հայաստան» կուսակցության նախագահ Խաչիկ Ասրյանն է։

Թեեւ գործող իշխանությունը տարփողում է, թե ընտրություններն անցնելու են օրենքի եւ օրինականության սահմաններում, հարյուրավոր իրավաբաններ նշում են, որ Փաշինյանն արդեն իսկ գնացել է ապօրինության՝ իր հրաժարականից հետո մնալով վարչապետի պաշտոնակատարի պաշտոնում։ Ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական ուժերը մի կողմից նշում են այդ ապօրինությունների հնաավոր հետեւանքները, մյուս կողմից՝ ոչինչ չեն ձեռնարկում իշխանությանը պարտադրելու վերադառնալ Սահմանադրության դաշտ։ Միակ քաղաքական ուժը, թերեւս, «Հայոց Արծիվներ. Միասնական Հայաստան» կուսակցությունն է, որի նախագահ Խաչիկ Ասրյանը պարզ եւ հստակ բացատրել է հնարավոր վտանգները։

Ասրյանը նախազգուշացնում է, որ ստեղծված ծայրաստիճան ծանր վիճակում, երբ պարտությունից հետո բնակչությունը դեռ դուրս չի եկել հոգեբանական շոկից, նոր ապօրինությունները կարող են քաղաքացիական պատերազմի սպառնալիք լինել։ Քաղաքական գործիչը նաեւ մտավախություն ունի, որ խորհրդարանը զավթելու ճանապարհին Փաշինյան Նիկոլը կփորձի ընտրակաշառք բաժանել և արտահերթ ընտրության արդյունքները կեղծել։

Նման քայլերից հետո, ըստ Ասրյանի, հետընտրական փողոցային անկանխատեսելի բողոքների արդյունքում ծնվելիք քաղաքացիական պատերազմի, արյունահեղության ամբողջ պատասխանատվությունը կրելու է հենց գործող իշխանությունը։ Իսկ Հայաստանի յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացու սրբազան պարտքն է՝ պահպանել Սահմանադրությունը, ընտրել հանուն պետականության գործող քաղաքական ուժերին, թույլ չտալ նորանոր կեղծիքներ, որոնք վերջնականապես Հայաստանը կգլորեն անդունդը։
