Երեւան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի Ավանի եւ Նոր Նորք նստավայրում` դատավոր Վահե Միսակյանի նախագահությամբ այսօր՝ մայիսի 13-ին, ընթանում է ՀՀ երրորդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի եւ «Ֆլեշ» ընկերության սեփականատեր Բարսեղ Բեգլարյանի գործով դատական նիստը։

Նշենք, որ կորոնավիրուսի հետեւանքով մահացել են գործով ամբաստանյալներ Սերգո Կարապետյանը եւ Սամվել Գալստյանը։ Ըստ մամուլի տեղեկությունների, մեղադրանքի հիմքում Սերգո Կարապետյանի ցուցմունքն է. նա եւ Սերժ Սարգսյանն առերեսվել են։

Նախորդ դատական նիստին դատարանի որոշմամբ Սերգո Կարապետյանի եւ Սամվել Գալստյանի նկատմամբ քրեական հետապնդումը դադարեցվել է։

Ըստ մեղադրական եզրակացության՝ Սերժ Սարգսյանի կազմակերպմամբ եւ Բարսեղ Բեգլարյանի դրդմամբ, Սամվել Գալստյանի ու Գեւորգ Հարությունյանի օժանդակությամբ, Սերգո Կարապետյանի կողմից 2013 թվականի հունվարի 25-ից փետրվարի 7-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ՀՀ կառավարության պահուստային ֆոնդից վատնվել է պետական աջակցության ծրագրերի իրականացման ընթացքում իրացված 15.391.765 լիտր դիզելային վառելիքի համար հատկացված սուբսիդիայի առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով գումարը՝ 489.160.310 ՀՀ դրամ:

Սերժ Սարգսյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ ՔՕ 38-179-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով՝ առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով յուրացնելը կամ վատնելը։

Երրորդ նախագահն իրեն առաջադրված մեղադրանքը չի ընդունում։ Նրա պաշտպան Ամրամ Մակինյանը պնդում է, որ մեղադրանքը շինծու է։
