Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը հանդիպում է ունեցել առողջապահության ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչների հետ։ Հասկանալիորեն, կապված Հայաստանում ստեղծված իրավիճակի հետ, թե՛ սահմանային, թե՛ տնտեսական, թե՛ ընդհանրապես՝ անվտանգային քննարկվող թեմաներն ու հետաքրքրությունները եղել են ավելի շատ այդ հարցերի շուրջ:

Այս մասին տեղեկանում են «Հայաստան» դաշինքի պաշտոնական էջից:

• Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի նախագահության տարիներին բարեփոխումներ են իրականացվել, որոնց արդյունքում բուժհիմնարկների մի մասը մասնավորեցվել է։ Փորձը ցույց է տվել, որ մասնավոր ներդրումների շնորհիվ բուժհիմնարկների աշխատանքն ավելի արդյունավետ է եղել։

• Մինչև Թուրքիայի հետ սահմանը բացելը, պետք է մեծացնել գյուղատնտեսության սուբսիդավորման ծավալը։ Հակառակ դեպքում, Արարատյան դաշտավայրը մնալու է անգործ, դառնալու է թուրքական ապրանքի սպառող։

• Տարեկան 1 մլրդ դոլարի ներդրումը շատ ռեալ թիվ է։ Առաջին տարին դա դժվար կլինի, որովհետև այնպիսի միջավայր են ստեղծել, որ այսօր գրեթե չունենք ներդրումներ։

• Մեր հակառակորդը հասկացել է, որ ունենք իշխանություն, որն ի վիճակի չէ արդյունավետ կառավարել ճգնաժամային իրավիճակում։

• Ինչո՞ւ է այնպես ստացվել, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ի շրջանակներում բոլորն ավելի լավ հարաբերություն ունեն Ադրբեջանի հետ, որը ՀԱՊԿ-ի անդամ երկիր չէ, քան Հայաստանի հետ:
