Քիչ առաջ մեկնարկեց Ազգային ժողովի նիստը:

Նշենք, որ Արարատ Միրզոյանը որևէ բառ չասաց մեր զինծառայողների գերեվարման մասին: Փոխարենը խոսեց Լիլիթ Մակունցը:

Նա ասաց, որ հայ զինծառայողներին առևանգել են, ոչ թե գերեվարել․ «Դա տեղի է ունենում այն պարագայում, երբ մեր բոլոր միջազգային գործընկերները պատշաճ գնահատական չեն տալիս, իրերն իրենց անուններով չեն կոչում:

Ես մեր բոլոր գործընկերներին կոչ եմ անում հստակ գնահատական, դիրքորոշում հայտնել Ադրբեջանի անթույլատրելի գործողությունների նկատամամբ: Մեր հանրության շրջանում ակնկալիք կա, որպեսզի ՀԱՊԿ-ը շատ օպերատիվ կերպով արձագանքի: Այդ օպերատիվ արձագանքի հապաղումն է միգուցե, որ հանգեցնում է նման զարգացումների։

Հետագա բախումներից, լարումներից խուսափելու համար, այն անվտանգային համակարգը, որին մաս է կազմում Հայաստանը, միջազգային գործընկերները, ում անհնագստանցում է Հարավային Կովկասում տեղի ունեցող նման անթույլատրելի գործողություններն ու զարգացումները, Հայաստանի տարածքային ամբողջականության ինքնիշխան պետության նկատմամբ, պետք է հստակ գնատական ստանա»-ասաց նա:
