Հայաստանի գործող թրքապաշտ իշխանությունն՝ ի դեմս հողատու Փաշինյան Նիկոլի, փաստացի հրաժարվել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սահմանների և Հայ Ժողովրդի պաշտպանության՝ սահմանադրական իր պարտականությունից: Թաքնվելով իրավիճակը չսրելու և պատերազմից խուսափելու պարտվողական հռետորաբանության հետևում՝ Հայաստանի ազգադավ իշխանությունը, պետության սահմանները պաշտպանելու կոչերով, դիմում է ՀԱՊԿ-ին և Ռուսաստանին:
 
Հայաստանի ռազմավարական դաշնակից Ռուսաստանը կարող է օգնություն տրամադրել իր անվտանգությունը պաշտպանել ցանկացող, իր իրավունքների համար պայքարող և կռիվ տվող գործընկերոջը, բայց ոչ երբեք անաղմուկ նահանջողին, իր Հայրենիքի պաշտպանությունից փախչողին:
 
Օգնում և օժանդակում են այն պետություններին, որոնք գործուն քայլեր են ձեռնարկում իրենց անվտանգությունը պաշտպանելու համար, մինչդեռ Հայաստանի գործող՝ ցռան վերգո իշխանությունը գնում է թուրքին անընդհատ զիջելու կործանարար ճանապարհով: Բացի այդ, Փաշինյան Նիկոլը, դիմելով ՀԱՊԿ-ին և Ռուսաստանին, ամենևին նպատակ չի հետապնդում ստանալ աջակցություն, այլ ԱՄՆ-ի և Անգլիայի հայաստանյան դեսպանատներից հստակ հանձնարարություն ունի՝ վարկաբեկել ՀԱՊԿ ռազմաքաղաքական դաշինքը, արժեզրկել Հայաստան - Ռուսաստան ռազմավարական համագործակցությունը:
 
Այն, որ Հայաստանի նպատակը ՀԱՊԿ-ից ամենևին էլ օգնություն ստանալը չէ, ապացուցում է այն հստակ իրողությունը, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունը ՀԱՊԿ-ին է դիմել ոչ թե այդ կազմակերպության չորրորդ, այլ երկրորդ հոդվածով, որը նախատեսում է ոչ թե ռազմական օգնության տրամադրում, այլ՝ խորհրդակցությունների անցկացում:
 
Ներկա իրողությունները ևս մեկ անգամ վերահաստատում են մեր դիրքորոշումը, որ Հայաստանի ապազգային իշխանություններն առաջնորդվում են ոչ թե մեր ազգային պետական շահերով, այլ՝ մեր թշնամի պետություններից իջեցված հրահանգներով, որոնք մեր Հայաստանը տանում են կործանման և ոչնչացման: Օր առաջ Փաշինյան Նիկոլից և իր ազգադավ իշխանությունից Հայաստանն ազատելը պետք է դառնա համազգային հրամայական, որը հնարավոր է իրականացնել համազգային համախմբման ճանապարհով:
