«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Սխալված չենք լինի, եթե ասենք, որ Հայաստանն այս օրերին մատնված է անտերության, իսկ գործող իշխանությունն ինչ-որ քայլ անելու փոխարեն զբաղված է նախընտրական քարոզչությամբ։ Բանն այն է, որ երեկ կրկին Գեղարքունիքի մարզի հատվածից ունեցել ենք մեկ նոր գերի, այսինքն՝ մայիսի 12-ից մինչեւ օրս Ադրբեջանի կողմից հենց ՀՀ տարածքից գերեվարված զինծառայողների թիվը 7-ն է։

Իսկ ի՞նչ ունենք արդյունքում. վարչապետի պաշտոնակատարը, բոլոր մարզպետները գտնվում են արձակուրդում եւ չեն զբաղվում որեւէ այլ հարցով, իսկ Արտաքին գործերի նախարարություն, փաստորեն, առհասարակ չունենք, նախարարն ու բոլոր տեղակալները հրաժարվել են պաշտոններից, նոր նախարար այդպես էլ չի նշանակվում, այսինքն՝ այդ կառույցը եւս անտերության է մատնված։

ՀՀ տարածք մտած թշնամու գոյության մասին բոլորը լրիվ մոռացել են, եւ եթե չլիներ, օրինակ, մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանը, ոչ ոք չի հիշում թշնամու մասին։ Եվ այս իրավիճակում պարզապես սարսափելի է անգամ պատկերացնել, թե ինչ է սպասվում մինչեւ հունիսի քսանը կամ դրանից հետո, եթե առաջին փուլով հանկարծ ընտրությունները չավարտվեն, եւ կրկին մեկ ամիս այսպիսի վիճակ լինի։
