Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանն այսօր աշխատանքային այցով մեկնել է Արմավիրի և Արագածոտնի մարզեր: Հանրապետության Նախագահն այցելել է «Արմավիր» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի նորակառույց վարչական և առաջին բնակելի մասնաշենք:
Սերժ Սարգսյանը ոլորտի պատասխանատուների և հիմնարկի շահագործման հանձնման կապակցությամբ հրավիրված` Հայաստանում ԱՄՆ դեսպանի, ԵԱՀԿ գրասենյակի ու միջազգային մի շարք կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչների և այլ հրավիրյալների հետ միասին ծանոթացել է իրականացված աշխատանքներին ու միջազգային չափանիշներին համապատասխան կառուցված այդ հաստատության պայմաններին:
Պատասխանատուների հավաստմամբ, «Արմավիր» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի առաջին մասնաշենքի շահագործումը թույլ կտա թեթևացնել քրեակատարողական հիմնարկների գերբեռնվածության խնդիրը՝ գերբեռնված հիմնարկներից 400 դատապարտյալ տեղափոխելով Արմավիր: Նախատեսվում է հիմնարկն ամբողջությամբ շահագործման հանձնել երկու փուլով: Առաջին փուլով ներկայումս շահագործմանն են հանձնվում հիմնարկի վարչական, կարանտինային, հիվանդանոցային մասերը և 400 դատապարտյալի համար նախատեսված բնակելի հատվածը: Երկրորդ փուլում՝ մինչև 2015թ. վերջ, շահագործման կհանձնվի ևս 800 դատապարտյալի համար նախատեսված երկու մասնաշենքերից բաղկացած բնակելի հատվածը:
Ոլորտի պատասխանատուները քրեակատարողական հիմնարկների գերբեռնվածության խնդրի լուծման կարևոր միջոց են դիտարկում ՀՀ քրեական և քրեադատավարական օրենսդրության արդիականացման ոլորտում իրականացվող բարեփոխումներն ու Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արդարադատության նախարարության համակարգում պրոբացիոն ծառայության ստեղծումը, որը թույլ կտա շուրջ 25 տոկոսով կրճատել քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներում գտնվող անձանց թիվը՝ այլընտրանքային խափանման միջոցներ և ազատազրկման հետ չկապված պատժատեսակների տեսակարար կշիռը ավելացնելու միջոցով:
Արմավիրից Նախագահը մեկնել է Արագածոտնի մարզ, որտեղ այցելել է Սասունիկ համայնքում գտնվող «Արմենիա վայն» ընկերության գործարան: Սերժ Սարգսյանը շրջայց է կատարել գործարանի արտադրամասերում, ծանոթացել ընկերության արտադրական հզորություններին, իրականացված նոր ներդրումներին, գործարանի ձեռքբերումներին և զարգացման հետագա ծրագրերին: Շրջայցի ընթացքում Հանրապետության ղեկավարին ներկայացրել են, որ գինու, կոնյակի և օղու արտադրություն կազմակերպելու նպատակով ընկերությունը 2008-2011թթ. կատարել է շուրջ 9.5 մլն եվրոյին համարժեք դրամի ներդրումներ, որոնք ուղղվել են խաղողի ընդունման կետի, գինու առաջին արտադրամասի, սպիրտի պահոցի, օղու կուպաժի և շշալցման արտադրամասերի հիմնմանը, տեխնոլոգիական սարքավորումների ձեռքբերմանը: 2012-2014թթ. ընկերությունը շարունակել է խոշորածավալ ներդրումներ կատարել գինու և կոնյակի արտադրության ոլորտներում, ինչպես նաև շամպայն գինիների արտադրության կազմակերպման նպատակով: Կատարվել է 5.617 մլրդ դրամի ներդրում:
Կառուցվել և շահագործման են հանձնվել գինու պահոցը, գինու և կոնյակի հնեցման մառանը, կոնյակի համար խաղողի ընդունման նոր մեքենայատունը և կոնյակի վինիֆիկացիայի արտադրամասը, նոր պահեստը, վարչական մասնաշենքը, նոր լաբորատորիան և տեխսպասարկման կենտրոնը: Ընդլայնվել է նաև կոնյակի սպիրտի թորման արտադրամասը: Գործարանի արտադրամասերը հագեցվել են գինեգործական ժամանակակից տեխնոլոգիական սարքավորումներով, որոնք ներկրվել են Ֆրանսիայից, Իտալիայից, Գերմանիայից և Բելգիայից:
Ընկերությունը Հայաստանի գինեմետ խաղողի սորտերի խոշոր մթերող կազմակերպություններից է: Այսօր այն ունի 200 աշխատակից, որոնց միջին աշխատավարձը կազմում է շուրջ 160.0 հազ. դրամ: Ներկայումս ընկերությունն արտադրում է օղի և գինի:
«Արմենիա վայն» ընկերության գործարանում այսօր Նախագահի ներկայությամբ տեղի է ունեցել նաև «Արմենիա» հայկական շամպայնի առաջին շշալցման արարողությունը: 2015թ. վերջին նախատեսվում է սկսել կոնյակի շշալցումը:
Սերժ Սարգսյանը հաջողություն է մաղթել ընկերությանը ընթացիկ գործունեության և զարգացման ծրագրերի իրականացման գործում՝ ընդգծելով, որ ընկերության հաջողությունը նաև աշխարհում հայկական մրցունակ ապրանքանիշի առաջմղման տեսանկյունից է կարևոր:
