Սոցիալական ցանցերում օտար տառերով հայերեն գրառումների հետ կապված իրավիճակը բավական փոխվել է, սակայն դեռ գոհացուցիչ չէ: «Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսում նման տեսակետ հայտնեց Լեզվի կոմիտեի նախագահ Դավիթ Գյուրջինյանը: Նա նշեց, որ հասարակության շրջանում այդ հարցի հետ կապված բավական փոփոխություն է տեղի ունեցել, շատերը անհանդուրժող են նման գրառումների հետ կապված և հորդորում են գրել մեսրոպատառ հայերենով:

«Օրինակ «Ֆեյսբուք»-ի որոշ խմբեր արգելում են օտար տառերով հայերեն գրություններ տեղադրելը, ինչը ողջունելի է: Հասարակության գիտակից մասը պետք է անհանդուրժող լինի օտար տառերով հայերեն գրությունների նկատմամբ և մատնացույց անի դրանք որպես արտառոց դեպք: Հայերեն նախադասությունները լատինատառ շարադրելը ոչ պատշաճ վերաբերմունք է հայոց լեզվի նկատմամբ: Եթե որևէ առարկայի ուսուցիչը սոցիալական ցանցերում լատինատառ է գրում, ապա պետք է մատնացույց անեն ու ասեն, որ դա պատշաճ վերաբերմունք չէ հայերենի նկատմամբ: Նման գրառումները կարդալն ու հասկանալը հնարավոր չէ: Քաղաքացիները պետք է հասկանան, որ հայերենը գրվում է մեսրոպյան տառերով»,-ասաց Դավիթ Գյուրջինյանը:

Լեզվի կոմիտեն վարչական վարույթ է սկսել մի ընկերության հանդեպ քաղաքացիներին լատինատառ հայերեն գրություն ուղարկելու համար: Դավիթ Գյուրջինյանը նշեց, որ եթե բարեհաջող ավարտվի, դատը շահեն, ապա լավ նախադեպ կլինի:

«Կարևոր է, որ մենք բանկերից և այլ մարմիններից չստանանք լատինատառ գրություններ: Մեր բանկերը մոռանում են, որ իրենք Հայաստանում են գործում: Կառույցները պատճառաբանում են, որ եթե մեկ քաղաքացի էլ ունի հին հեռախոս, ապա պետք է նրա իրավունքն ապահովվի, ու հաղորդագրությունն ուղարկեն լատինատառ: Ես էլ ասում եմ՝ ինձ հասկանալի չէ այդ լատինատառ գրառումը»,-հավելեց Դավիթ Գյուրջինյանը:
