2021թ. օգոստոսի 21-ին ՀՀ ոստիկանության Արարատի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել այն մասին, որ Արարատի մարզի Լուսառատ գյուղի 22-ամյա բնակիչն իր մոտ ապօրինի պահվող հրազենից Արարատի մարզի Փոքր Վեդի համայնքում կրակոցներ է արձակել: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է Քննչական կոմիտեն:

Նույն օրը՝ ժամը 01.15-ին, երիտասարդն ինքնակամ ներկայացել է ոստիկանության Արարատի բաժին եւ ներկայացրել «ԱԿՄ» տեսակի ինքնաձիգ և ինքնաձիգի մեկ հատ դատարկ պահունակ:

Ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ վերջինս կամավորական հիմունքներով մասնակցել է 2020թ. արցախյան պատերազմին, որի ընթացքում ճանապարհին գտել է մեկ հատ ինքնաձիգ, ինքնաձիգի համար նախատեսված պահունակ և մի քանի փամփուշտ, որն իր հետ բերել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն և պահել Արարատի մարզի Լուսառատ գյուղի՝ իրեն պատկանող «բետոնե հենասյուների» արտադրամասում: Այնուհետև՝ 2021թ. օգոստոսի 20-ին` ժամը 22:00-ի սահմաններում, Փոքր Վեդի գյուղի Պ.Սեւակ փողոցի հարակից դաշտում երիտասարդը նշված ինքնաձիգով 2-3 մի քանի կրակոց է արձակել դեպի օդ:

Կատարված դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել է ինքնաձիգի 3 հատ կրակված պարկուճ:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ոստիկանության Արարատի բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, որը նախաքննություն կատարելու համար ուղարկվել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վեդիի քննչական բաժին:

Երիտասարդի բնակության վայրում, քրեական գործի շրջանակներում կատարված խուզարկության ընթացքում վերջինիս հայրը՝ 61-ամյա տղամարդը, որը հանդիսանում է «Երկրապահ կամավորական միություն» հասարակական կազմակերպության Արարատի տարածքային ստորաբաժանման նախագահը, տան պահեստարանում գտնվող արկղի միջից ներկայացրել է 2 հատ զրահաբաճկոն, ինքնաձիգի 18 պահեստատուփ՝ լիցքավորված 430 հատ 7,62մմ տրամաչափի փամփուշտներով, 3 հատ փամփշտատուփ՝ լիցքավորված 111 հատ 5,45 մմ տրամաչափի փամփուշտներով, 4 հատ չբացված՝ գործարանային վիճակում գտնվող մետաղյա արկղ, որոնց մեջ՝ ընդհանուր 2800 հատ 7,62 մմ տրամաչափի փամփուշտ, 1 հատ բացված վիճակում գտնվող մետաղյա արկղ, որի մեջ՝ 340 հատ 7,62 մմ տրամաչափի փամփուշտ, պլաստմասե տարա, որի մեջ՝ 365 հատ 7,62 մմ տրամաչափի փամփուշտ, 1 հատ «ֆ1» տեսակի նռնակ՝ առանց պայթուցիչի, մեկ «ՌԳՊ-5» տեսակի նռնակ՝ առանց պայթուցիչի, նռնակի մեկ հատ պայթուցիչ, մեկ հատ սվին դանակ, մեկ հատ «Տոզ» տեսակի 5,6մմ տրամաչափի հրացան, մեկ հատ «ՍԿՍ» տեսակի 7,62 մմ տրամաչափի հրացան, մեկ հատ երկփողանի ողորկափող հրացան՝ փողերը կտրված վիճակում:

Բացի այդ, խուզարկությամբ նույն պահեստարանի մետաղյա պահարանի վրայից հայտնաբերվել է մեկ հատ երկփողանի հրացան, մետաղյա պահարանի միջից՝ նռնակի մեկ հատ պայթուցիչ, տան նկուղից՝ փամփուշտների համար նախատեսված չբացված մեկ հատ արկղ, որի մեջ՝ 1400 հատ 7,62 մմ տրամաչափի փամփուշտ:

Ձեռք բերված տվյալների համաձայն՝ 61-ամյա տղամարդը հայտնաբերված զենք, զինամթերքը հավաքել է Արցախյան վերջին պատերազմի ժամանակ՝ Արցախի տարբեր շրջաններից:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, որը միացվել է վերոնշյալ քրեական գործին:

61-ամյա տղամարդը ձերբակալվել է՝ ապօրինի կերպով զենք, ռազմամթերք, պայթուցիկ նյութեր ձեռք բերելու, փոխադրելու, կրելու կամ պահելու կասկածանքով:
