Առողջապահության նախարարությունը որոշել է, թե ում վրա է տարածվելու հոկտեմբերի 1-ից պատվաստվելու կամ ՊՇՌ թեստի պահանջը։

Եվ այսպես․

ՊՇՌ հետազոտությունն իրականացնում է աշխատողն՝ իր հաշվին. նոր սահմանափակումները վերաբերում են ՀՀ գրեթե բոլոր աշխատողներին։

Բանն այն է, որ ըստ նախարարության, վերոհիշյալ պահանջները սահմանվել են հետևյալ կազմակերպությունների աշխատակիցների համար.

• պետական կառավարման և տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների,
• փակ արտադրական տարածքների,
• գրասենյակային գործունեություն իրականացնող կազմակերպությունների,
• շինարարական հրապարակների,
• մեծածախ և մանրածախ առևտրի իրականացման վայրերի,
• հանրային սննդի օբյեկտների,
• հյուրանոցային տնտեսության օբյեկտների,
• բուժհաստատությունների,
• դեղատների,
• սպորտային գործունեություն իրականացնող կազմակերպությունների,
• մարզադպրոցների,
• վարսավիրանոցների, գեղեցկության սրահների
• հանքագործական արդյունաբերության և բացահանքերի,
• նախադպրոցական կրթության ոլորտի կազմակերպությունների,
• հանրակրթական ուսումնական հաստատությունների,
• նախնական մասնագիտական (արհեստագործական), միջին, բարձրագույն և հետբուհական մասնագիտական կրթական ծրագրեր իրականացնող ուսումնական հաստատությունների, արտադպրոցական դաստիարակության և լրացուցիչ կրթության ոլորտում գործունեություն իրականացնող ուսումնական հաստատությունների,
• գրադարանների, թանգարանների, թատերահամերգային, կինոյի և այլ մշակութային կազմակերպությունների,
• լրատվամիջոցների
• ցամաքային ուղևորատար տրանսպորտի,
• օդային ուղևորափոխադրումների և օդանավակայանների,
• սոցիալական սպասարկում իրականացնող կազմակերպությունների։

Պատվաստվելու պահանջը չի տարածվելու միայն այն քաղաքացիների վրա, ովքեր ունեն պատվաստումների` բացարձակ և ժամանակավոր բժշկական հակացուցումներ։

Բացարձակ հակացուցումը տվյալ պատվաստանյութի նախորդ դեղաչափից հետո առաջացած անաֆիլաքսիան է կամ ծանր ալերգաբանական ռեակցիան` տվյալ պատվաստանյութի կամ դրա որևէ բաղադրիչի նկատմամբ:

Իսկ ժամանակավոր հակացուցումներն են սուր հիվանդությունները՝ միջին և ծանր ընթացքով և քրոնիկ հիվանդությունների սրացումները:

Ի դեպ, նշենք, որ առողջապահության նախարարի օգոստոսի 20-ի հրամանով սահմանվել է նաև աշխատակիցների ներկայացրած տեղեկանքների գրանցման համար նախատեսված հատուկ գրանցամատյանների ձևերը։
