Հայաստանում դիակիզարան է կառուցվում: Այս մասին «Հայկական ժամանակը» տեղեկացավ Բնակչության հատուկ սպասարկում ՀԱՈԿ-ի նախկին տնօրեն Արման Իսկանդարյանից, որն անմիջական մասնակցություն ունի դրա կառուցման գործում:
«Դրսից ընդհանրապես գերեզմանի տեսք չի ունենալու, այգու տեսք է ունենալու: Լինելու է ծառաշատ ու գազոնապատ տարածք, ամբողջովին լուսավորված եւ մաքուր: Մեր՝ հայերիս, պատկերացրած գերեզմանատունն այլ է, եւ այն, որ հիմա ուզում ենք կառուցել, լրիվ այլ բան է: Մուտք գործելով գերեզմանատուն՝ գերեզմանատան նշույլ անգամ չես զգալու: Դամբարնատիպ գերեզմանների համար եւս տեղ է հատկացվելու»,- ասաց նա: Վերջինս նաեւ հայտնեց, որ մասնավորի այս նախաձեռնությամբ 150-200 նոր աշխատատեղ է բացվելու: Իսկանդարյանը հայտնեց, որ ներդրողների մի մասը Հայաստանից են, մի մասն էլ ԱՄՆ-ից:
Դիակիզարանը կառուցվելու է Երեւանից դուրս: Իսկանդարյանը, սակայն, նկատեց՝ հստակ տեղը նշելը նպատակահարմար չի համարում, կարող է խանգարել տարվող աշխատանքներին:
«Այս պահին բյուրոկրատական աշխատանքների մեջ ենք: Կարծում եմ՝ գիտեք, որ այդ ամենը Հայաստանում բավականին բարդ է ընթանում: Առաջիկայում դրանք ավարտելուց անմիջապես հետո աշխատանքները կսկսենք, եւ Հայաստանը կունենա եվրոպական բարձր չափանիշներին համապատասխան գերեզմանատուն եւ դիակիզարան՝ իր ամբողջ ատրիբուտիկայով»,- ասաց Արման Իսկանդարյանը:
Վերջինս վստահեցրեց՝ տարածաշրջանում նման պրոյեկտ չկա՝ ո՛չ Հայաստանում, ո՛չ Վրաստանում ու Ադրբեջանում եւ ո՛չ էլ Ռուսաստանում:
«Կորոնավիրուսը ցույց տվեց, որ նման իրավիճակներում մենք հանգուցյալին հուղարկավորելու շատ մեծ խնդրի առաջ ենք կանգնում: Բացի դա, Երեւանի հողատարածքներից 531 հեկտարը հիմա որպես գերեզմանատուն է գրանցված, ինչը, օրինակ, 2 անգամ ավելի շատ է մայրաքաղաքի կանաչապատ տարածքներից: Չգրանցվածների մասին նույնիսկ մտածելն է վախենալու:
