Ովքեր են ընտրվել քրեական մասնագիտացման դատավոր

Բարձրագույն դատական խորհուրդը, «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դատական օրենսգիրք» սահմանադրական օրենքի 102-րդ և 108-րդ հոդվածների պահանջներին համապատասխան, 2021 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 10-ին և 11-ին անցկացրել է քրեական մասնագիտացման դատավորի թեկնածուների հավակնորդների հարցազրույցի փուլը: Մասնագիտական որակների ստուգման այս փուլում ներգրավված են եղել նաև Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի կողմից օրենքով սահմանված կարգով ընտրված հոգեբաններ:

Հարցազրույցի փուլին մասնակցել են գրավոր քննության արդյունքներով առավելագույն հանրագումարային միավոր հավաքած թվով 13 հավակնորդ և թվով 3 իրավաբան գիտնական:

Յուրաքանչյուր հավակնորդի հետ տեղի ունեցած հարցազրույցի ավարտից հետո Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի անդամներն իրականացրել են հարցազրույցի արդյունքների ամփոփիչ քննարկում, որին հաջորդել է քվեարկությունը:

Քրեական մասնագիտացման բաժնի համար քվեարկության արդյունքներով անցած են համարվում Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի անդամների ընդհանուր թվի ձայների առնվազն կեսից  ավելի §կողմ¦ ձայներ ստացած հավակնորդները:

«Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դատական օրենսգիրք» սահմանադրական օրենքի 109-րդ հոդվածի համաձայն՝ Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի խորհրդակցական սենյակում բաց քվեարկության արդյունքում քրեական մասնագիտացման դատավորների թեկնածուների 16 հավակնորդներից անհրաժեշտ ձայներ են ստացել   12-ը.
