Ազգային ժողովի «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գեղամ Մանուկյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.

«Էրդողանի աղմկահարույց հայտարարությունից հետո մեկ օրյա քար լռություն պահելուց հետո վերջապես առաջին պաշտոնական մեկնաբանությունն է հնչել Հայաստանի կառավարությունից։

1. Նախ, Փաշինյանի խոսնակի շուրթերով գավառական դիվանագետի մակարդակում գործող Փաշինյանը չի հերքում, որ նման աառաջարկ Թուրքիայի նախագահին նա վրաց գործընկերոջ միջոցով արել է։ Մանե Գեւորգյան՝ «Վարչապետ Փաշինյանն իր բոլոր միջազգային շփումներում գործընկերներին ներկայացնում է կառավարության ծրագրում արձանագրված՝ Հայաստանի եւ տարածաշրջանի համար խաղաղ զարգացման դարաշրջան բացելու տեսլականը եւ արտահայտում է այդ ուղղությամբ ջանքեր գործադրելու Հայաստանի կառավարության պատրաստակամությունը»։

2. Անուղղակի Փաշինյանն ընդունում է Էրդողանի նախապայմանը՝ հարաբերությունների հաստատում միջանցքների տրամադրման դիմաց։ ՀԱՏՈՒԿ շեշտեմ՝ ՄԻՋԱՆՑՔՆԵՐԻ։ Քանզի Էրդողանն իր ասուլիսում հենց հոգնակի է գործածել միջանցք ձեւակեպումը։ Էրդողան՝ «Այսպիսով, ես հույս ունեմ, որ այդ միջանցքները բացելով Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև այս խնդիրը կհաղթահարվի»:

Էրդողանի նախապայմանը Փաշինյանը գլխիկոր ընդունել է Մանե Գևորգյանի մեկնաբանությամբ։
Մանե Գեւորգյան՝ «Կոմունիկացիաների բացումը բացառիկ կարեւոր նշանակություն ունի տարածաշրջանում երկարատեւ խաղաղություն ու կայունություն հաստատելու, տարածաշրջանում ցավալիորեն առկա թշնամանքի մթնոլորտը հաղթահարելու համար եւ Հայաստանը վճռական է այդ ուղղությամբ առաջ շարժվելու և արդյունքներ արձանագրելու գործում»: Ու ոչ մի բառ Փաշինյանի խոսնակի կողմից, թե նախապայմաններով չպետք է խոսել։

3. Վերջապես, խոսնակի այսօրվա մեկնաբանությունում ամենավտանգավոր թեզ մասին։ Արտահայտություն, որը զգուշացնում է՝ Փաշինյանը շարունակելու է իր զիջողական, դավաճանական ընթացքը եւ երկիրը տանում է արդեն նոր կապիտուլացիայի, այս անգամ՝ արեւմտյան սահմաններով։ Մանե Գեւորգյանն ասել է՝ «Վարչապետ Փաշինյանը բազմիցս է նշել, որ այս ճանապարհին մեզ ամուր նյարդեր են պետք եւ արագ ու հեշտ լուծումներ գոյություն չունեն»: Ինչու՞ են պետք ամուր նյարդեր, որ ազգային նվաստացմանը դիմանա՞նք։

ՀԻշենք, 2005-ին Էրդողանն էր նամակով խնդրանք փոխանցում Հայաստանին, հիմա արդեն Փաշինյանն է ուրիշների միջոցով, ԳԱՂՏՆԻ մուրում Էրդողանից»։
