COVID-19-ն ու վատ սովորությունները

Ինչպես ասում են «վատն ավելի շուտ ենընդօրինակում, քան լավը»։ Սա հատկապես հատանշական է վատ սովորություններին։ Ալկոհոլիզմը, ծխելը, ոչ ճիշտ սնվելը, դեղօրայքների ոչ հսկելի օգտագործումը։ Հիմա էլ ինչ որ տեղ վատ «սովորությունների» մեջ է մտել covid-19-ը։

 

Վերջերս Փարիզի Պիտյե Սալպետրիեր հիվանդանոցում ուսումնասիրությունները ինչ որ տեղ զարմացրել են բոլորին։ Ըստ վիճակագրության ֆրանսիացի չափասհենրի քառորդը ծխում է, և պատկերացրեք, որ Պիտյե Սալպետրիեր հիվանդանոցում կորոնավիրուսով հիվանդ 482 մարդկանցից ծխողների թիվը կազմել է հինգ տոկոս։ Անմիջապես ուսումնասիրություններ են իրականացվել ԱՄՆ-ում և Չինաստանում և նույն արդյունքը։ Covid-19-ը անհամեմատ շատ տարածված է չծխողների մոտ։ Անմիջապես հարց է առաջանում՝ ինչպե՞ս է դա հնարավոր։ Իսկ թե ի՞նչ կապ կա կովիդի ու նիկոտինի միջև կպարզենք ստորև։

 

Ուսումնասիրությունները խոսում են այն մասին, որ հավանականությունը, որ ծխողները ավելի շատ կտուժեն կորոնավիրուսից գրեթե չկա: Դրանց հավաստմամբ՝այդպիսի դեպքերը շատ հազվադեպ են: Ստացվում է, որ ծխախոտի բաղադրիչներից մեկը ծխող մարդուն օրգանիզմում կորոնավիրուսի դեմ հաջողված պայքար է մղում, և ինչ որ տեղ պաշտպանում է մարդուն։ Այդ բաղադրիչը նիկոտինն է։    

 

Չի ենթադրվում, որ նիկոտինն անմիջականորեն ազդում է կորոնավիրուսի վրա: Բայդ որոշ հետազոտողներ կարծում են, որ նիկոտինը միաժամանակ կարող է մեղմացնել վարակի կողմից առաջացող բորբոքումները: 

Արդեն շատերին է հայտնի, որ ծխելուց առաջացած վնասի հիմնական պատճառը նիկոտինը չէ, այլ այրման հետևանքով առաջացած ծուխը և նրա վնասակար բաղադրիչները։

 

Այն գիտնականները, որոնք խոսում են կորոնավիրուսի հետ պայքարում նիկոտինի ենթադրյալ դրական ազդեցության մասին, միևնույն ժամանակ մատնանշում են սիգարետի ծխի մեջ կորոնավիրուսային վարակների դեպքում սիգարետի ծխի բացասական ազդեցության մասին: 

 

Ծխախոտի կամ ծխելու դեմ պայքարողները նշում են, որ ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքները չեն նշանակում, որ իրենք խորհուրդ են տալիս սկսել ծխել։ Եթե նույնիսկ որոշ ծխողներին ժպտացել է հաջողությունն ու նրանք կարողացել են ավելի մեղմ տանել կորոնավիրուսը և հեռու են մնացել այս հիավնդության հետևանքներից, դա չի նշանակում, որ դա ծխելն արդարացնելու առաջարկություն է։ Պարզապես ծխողները որոնք մասնակցել են փորձարկումներին հնարավորություն են տվել եզրակացություններ անել, որոնք միգուցե կօգնեն մարդկությանը covid-19-ի դեմ պայքարում։

Մի խոսքով այրումով ծխելը միանաշանակ վտանգավոր է մարդու առողջությանը և դա անհերքելի փաստ է։ Կորոնավիրուսն էլ չարիք է հաստատ։
