«Արցախի դեմ Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիա», «Արցախի դեմ թուրք-ադրբեջանական սանձազերծած պատերազմ», «թուրք-ադրբեջանական այս կամ այն»՝ 2020-ի սեպտեմբերի 27-ից մեկ տարի անց հայկական մեդիա-քաղաքական շրջանակների գերակշիռ մասի բառապաշարում դեռ խնամքով բացակայում է Ռուսաստանը, չնայած այս մեկ տարում ՌԴ առաջին դեմքերի, պաշտոնական եւ կիսապաշտոնական հնարավոր ու անհնար ամենատարբեր շրջանակների խոստովանություններին ու բացահայտումներին՝ իր պրոքսի թուրքերի հետ պատերազմի նախաձեռնման եւ «հետպատերազմյա կարգավորման» վերաբերյալ։ Ղարաբաղը Ադրբեջանի տարածք է, եռակողմ հայտարարությունը պետք է անվերապահ կատարվի, Ղարաբաղի հարցը լուծված է, կարգավիճակի խնդիր չկա՝ ռուսական այս եւ նման այլ պնդումները պարզվում է ոչինչ են հայկական այս շրջանակների համար։

Փոխարենը, հրապարակ են նետվել «ռուս-թուրքական, ռուս-ադրբեջանական հակասությունների», «Մոսկվան մտափոխվել է, պրոհայկական երանգներ են նկատվում», «պատերազմը երկու անգամ կարելի էր կանգնեցնել» տիպի քարոզչական թեզեր, ինչը նշանակում է, որ մոտ է Հայաստանի դեմ ռուս-թուրքական նոր գրոհը։

2014-ից սկիզբ առաջ «ռուսական նոր քաղաքականությունը թուրքերի հետ սիներգիայով» ենթադրում էր ռուսական զորքի մուտքը Արցախ ու Հայաստան, ինչը հնարավոր չէր առանց Հայաստանի կանխորոշված պարտության ու ԼՂՀ-ի ոչնչացման։ 200-ամյա փորձարկված ավանդական սխեման՝ «թուրքը հարձակվում է՝ ռուսը փրկում», փոխելու կարիք չկար՝ հայկական միջավայրում արմատավորված այս հավատամքի պատճառով։ Դա լուծում է մի շարք խնդիրներ՝ բացառապես հայկական մեղավորության կանխավարկածից մինչեւ ռուս-թուրքական ծրագրերի «լեգիտիմացում» հայերի ձեռքով։ Նույնն է կատարվում 2020-ի ռուս-թուրքական արշավին՝  հայկական իշխող ու չիշխող քաղաքական դասի, մեդիա-փորձագիտական շրջանակների գերակշիռ մասի ձեռքով։

Երեկ ու այսօր առավոտից պատերազմի տարելիցի կապակցությամբ ելույթներում ու գրառումներում շարունակվում է գնահատականների ու մոտեցումների այս ողբերգական պրիմիտիվիզմը։

Հայաստանի դեմ 2020-ի աշնանը պատերազմի տաք փուլը, հաջորդիվ ոչ կանոնավոր պատերազմի լայնածավալ կիրառումը՝ գերիներ, ներխուժումներ, հայկական ինքնության ու քաղաքակրթական ժառանգության ոչնչացման փորձեր, նպատակ ունեն Հայաստանին հարկադրել «խաղաղության դարաշրջանը» կամ Կարս-2-ը՝ ՀՀ լիակատար շրջափակմամբ ու ինքնիշխանության վերացմամբ։ Եռակողմ հայտարարությանը հավատարմության հիմքով կազմավորված խորհրդարանը եւ Փաշինյանի կառավարությունը կոչված են դրա անվերապահ կատարմանը՝ հրաժարվելով հայկական իրավունքներից ու պահանջներից։
