Ռուս զինվորականները Արցախի Ամարաս վանական համալիրի վրայից դարձյալ հանել են Արցախի դրոշը։ Այս մասին Lragir.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Մարտունի քաղաքի ավագանու անդամ Արտակ Մկրտչյանը։ «Ես գնացի Ամարաս, դրոշը տեղում չէր, շինարարին հարցրեցի՝ ո՞ւր է դրոշը, ասաց՝ ռուս զինվորականը հանեց, ասաց, որ հրաման է կատարում, պետք է տանի։ Դրոշը տեղում չէ, բայց մենք նորից պետք է տանենք տեղադրենք, չենք թողնի այդպես»,- նշեց Արտակ Մկրտչյանը։

Ըստ նրա՝ խոսակցություններ կան, որ Հայաստանի դրոշն են տեղադրելու Ամարասի վրա։ «Դրանք ուղղակի խոսակցություններ են, կոնկրետ ինձ նման բան չեն ասել, բայց տեղեկություններ կան, որ ասել են՝ կարող եք Արցախինը հանել, Հայաստանինը դնել։ Տարբերությունը որն է կամ ինչի համար, չգիտեմ»,- հավելեց նա։

Մկրտչյանի խոսքով՝ Արցախի իշխանություններից որևէ արձագանք չկա տեղի ունեցածին։ Նա նշեց, որ առայժմ չի ուզում բարձրաձայնել, թե ինչ աշխատանք է տանելու դրոշը դարձյալ Ամարասի վրա տեղադրելու ուղղությամբ։ «Եթե բարձրաձայնեմ, ամեն կերպ ինձ կխանգարեն։ Մինչև շաբաթվա վերջ արդեն պարզ կլինի, մեծ հնչեղություն կստանա համացանցում, մարդիկ կիմանան ինչ ենք պատրաստվում անել։ Այդ աշխատանքն անելու ենք ես, իմ ընկերները և այն մարդիկ, ովքեր մտածում են ինձ նման, ովքեր ապրում են այստեղ մի հույսով, որ Արցախը կա ու պետք է լինի՝ առանց դրսի ուժերի ազդեցության ներքո։ Ով ուզում է խանգարի, մենք չենք ենթարկվելու, անելու ենք այն, ինչ ուզում ենք»,- հավելեց նա։
